Hilton West Palm Beach

It is not my first time visiting a Hilton, I am a Hilton Member. The front desk service was horrible. Kristine was the person who helped us. We did not receive any welcome, they did not give us guidance on how the hotel worked, nor what to do To use the elevators we had to use the card to access the room. They told us that valet parking was mandatory and that there was no self parking that we had to pay 45 dollars per night. When I tried to explain to her that the page does not show that, she told me I had to pay for it. I booked 2 rooms, I was with my family, I drove 4 hours to enjoy with my family and I did not feel truly satisfied. What I must admit is that on the Housekeeping side, Yaimi did a great job, taking care of the rooms. Very attentive, I give her a 10/10.

My wife, kids and I recently stayed at this lovely hotel, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and shopping. We appreciated the convenient valet service and the helpful concierge who provided excellent recommendations.

It was a nice property, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Warning to those planning to utilize the pool- there are a lot of kids running around the pool/ people using hotel “day passes”. Had a few dining options (on the pricey side). Convenient area shuttle that travels within a mile of the hotel. There’s a shopping mall with few stores and restaurants across the street. Pool attendants could have been a little friendlier. Not allowed to bring outside food or beverages. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay, would recommend to anyone visiting West Palm Beach. WPB in general is a little boring, but nice for a short stay!

Great service, excellent restaurant very clean and comfortable. The only minus, no outside food allowed near pool even after the restaurant is closed. Pool is open till 10pm, but no food choices for kids to eat outside.

We got there no bell hop came to help us .. I sat there with luggage and 3 small children waiting for 45 min.. I booked this hotel room 6 months in advance and the put me in the wrong room I booked a suite hence 3 small children they put us in the smallest room Ever when I went down to the desk the man told me oh well we are sold out .. I asked to speak to the manger they did give us the correct room but didn’t give us the rate I booked with hotels.com TERRIBLE

I love that the property has the feel of and all inclusive resort. The food and beverage options are great, the pool area is amazing, we loved the grass area with the activities available for families and the complementary fitness classes that were offered. This felt like we were away from the busy city while inside but outside there was everything at our fingertips. It’s a great location and a beautiful hotel.

No negatives - this was a perfect retreat from NY. Decided to take my office down to Florida and just wanted a really nice environment to be able to work and then enjoy myself a bit too. It literally was even better than I had hoped. Just be prepared for the resort fee $40 a day and if you rent a car there is a $40 a day valet fee to park. I don’t think I would rent a car next time as Uber was an expensive and there were a lot of things to do within walking distance. There is a wonderful little area right across the street called Mallory Square that has stores restaurants and a really cool public space that has this amazing color changing LED tree at night, it’s almost like a little version of the tree of life at Disney. I have a young daughter and I will absolutely be bringing her with me next time as this is a perfect family destination.

We stayed at the Hilton overnight. Me and my family will usually stay here when we visit Palm Beach. It is a very clean nice hotel family friendly safe location highly recommend it. I will definitely be staying there again.

This was my first time in the area and from the time I checked in I felt welcomed by the front desk associate Jeremy. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very helpful answering questions about breakfast, lunch and dinner. I definitely would choose to stay here again, my family loved the scenery and all there is to do even if it rains such as the pool or workout facilities.
