Most pleasantly surprised. Very clean and personal was very polite. Would recommended to all my family and friends.

Definitely we will come back and recommend to friends and family. Great welcome, good attention, very happy place , breakfast amazing, variety of choices.

Very close to Convention center. Restaurants driving distance. Quick walk over the bridge only not in 100 degree weather. Hotel was clean and family friendly. Lobby is loud and crowded though. Apparently ok to bring your own bottles and have get together there. Room was very clean nice view. Room service every other day seems to be becoming the norm. Pet friendly hotel means sleep not guaranteed. Average pool with lounge chairs and some umbrellas. Free breakfast bar style. Hotel Parking was $45 for a one night stay!!! Because they charge by the day. Overall convenient choice if u are in Orlando for an event at the OCCC and only sleeping at hotel. Ask for more towels and TP ahead of time.

The rooms were nice and clean, yet smaller than I thought. The front desk staff were helpful and informative. The hotel is beautiful and updated I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good hotel for a family or solo trip. Breakfast was free and decent!

Pros: Huge family friendly lobby with pool table, games, and lots of seating. Cons: Bathroom was not very clean and there were no blackout shades in the room. Room needed some maintenance and the app didn’t work.

This hotel is great. Really good location close to many attractions and malls. All was clean upon arrival, simple and convenient amenities like hair dryer and iron. Comfortable beds and staff was every welcoming. I would stay here again. Lovely experience for me and my family.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tru. We were looking for something simple but family friendly and we found just that. The free breakfast was unbeatable, the pancakes were delicious. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and also loved the foosball table and card games that were available for them to play with in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel if looking for a simple, modern stay. Very clean and the staff were all so nice and accommodating.

Upon arrival got surprised with $25 parking. The person next to me only paid $15 so apparently different people pay different amounts. They texted me asking if I needed anything in the room which was pleasant—asked for more pillows and got them. Went to the pool area which was extremely cold and couldn’t go in—the kids did. Called for towels because there was an empty towel bin outside—took over 30 minutes to get towels into the bin. The room wasn’t soundproof as I heard the neighbors tv and them laughing but it wasn’t too loud. The room never got cold and the air felt almost sticky so I woke up several times due to feeling uncomfortable while sleeping. Bed wasn’t too bad and with extra pillows it wasn’t too uncomfortable. The room alarm clock went off at 6am and woke everyone up—must have been set from a previous stay. Low-flow water in shower made taking a shower extremely slow and water temp kept fluctuating and burning me every couple minutes. Room wasn’t too unclean but did have mold on the bathroom walls and random hairs here and there (one was inside the fridge). Breakfast was included but one pancake machine was broken causing a line which took about 10 minutes to get pancakes. Staff all seemed nice. One staff member was around the pool area smoking weed for several minutes which smelled awful to us non-smokers. I wouldn’t likely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. However, it had NO drawers, closets or trash bag liners. Very weird. The lighting was awkward. The air conditioning was very loud and went on and off all night. The pool was fine but overlooked the back parking lot and was next to the air conditioning unit for the building, making it very loud and not relaxing. breakfast was great as was the all hours coffee / tea service. fun games in the lobby along with a full bar but no food. odd combination of business and family setting, doesn't really meet the needs of either.
