I was visiting family in Orlando and have stayed here more than once. I booked this hotel again because of a positive stay with them in the past. My only complaint was something they are aware of and I'm sure many others have complained about. The smell of gas permeates the lobby pretty bad and it's not conducive to a welcoming smell when checking in/out or coming back to the hotel after a long day . The breakfast in the morning was good. We partook all 3 days we were there.
The staff is always friendly and I felt safe in terms of parking. I would definitely stay here again, despite the weird gas smell from the boiler room.

We have stayed at this property several times and have never had a bad experience. Check in and check out were seamless, and the rim was very clean. This was our first time starting with our 2 year old and she loved the bunk beds in the kid suite. My only gripe was that the lower light in the kids suite was not positioned well and would have been in the way of a child sleeping if the child were bigger.

The first thing noticed is we smelled gases through out the outside and inside of the hotel. When asked at the front desk, the reply was “I don’t smell anything “. All the Hand sanitizer stations were empty when asked at the desk I was told oh, the batteries must be dead, the employee responded I bring my own. The parking for your customers was horrible. I had to park my car in the entire back lot because whatever event that was occurring took all the spots and they were not a customer. My room was never vaccumed from check in. A bandage was on the floor and remained there the whole 3 days I was there. I was never informed when I checked in or checked out that there was a fee for parking. The breakfast was disappointing. The second day there was no milk or cereal for the kids. I was again told you were having problems with your supplier. Not good when you’re traveling with children. The dining area was closed off not allowing your guest to even sit at the table when bringing in food. The whole experience was the worse I’ve ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again. There are too many other choices. All of the concerns were bright to the attention of the front desk and all I got were excuses. Horrible customer service.

My family and I recently stayed here, what an absolute perfect hotel for us for what we needed! Soo clean and immaculate, staff were so friendly and helpful, great location walking distance to restaurants. The pool was great too and enjoying lounging by it while the kids swam.
We stayed in the family suite with bunk beds, small fridge & microwave. It was the perfect trip with all the convenience that helped make our trip so enjoyable. We will for sure be back!

Hit and miss. Service from one front desk individual was good and service from another was not. Heres a pro tip, instead of using their pool. Use the connected marriott pool which is heated. And significantly warmer than the holiday inn pool. Im talking day and night. Hot tub temp vs cold water. I had 3 problems with the hotel. First. The water tastes funny, this may not be a holiday inn problem though as i noticed a local restaurant had the same funny tasting water. The water smells and taste so bad my kids wont drink it. Again this may not be a holiday inn issue. The next issue was when I finished swimming with my family at the pool. Soak and wet and wrapped in our towels we went backbto the room to find our keys not working. I went back down front desk to exchange new cards. Again it didnt work. I went back down yet again this time im waiting there 10-15 minutes with noone in sight at the front desk. Meanwhile my family is soak and wet standing outside the door of a room that wont open. The only saving grace was the maintence man who finally opened the door for us. This whole time the staff at front desk did not greet with a smile or apologize. He looked stressed was occupied with something else. Finally. In the morning there is pancake machine. The line up for this is so long. Because there was a person who made 22 pancakes back to back while a line up formed. Each 2 pancakes take over a minute. There is noone to enforce this kind of rudeness

First, it was a busy weekend and they had no rooms to move us too, nor were there a lot of vacancy in other hotels in Orlando. The toilet sounded like a banshee screaming every 3 min. The maintenance man fixed it as best he could, but the next day it started doing it again and they said there was nothing more they could do about it. I beg to differ, they could of changed out the float so the water would leak out every 3 min., can't fathom how much water that one room toilet wasted those 3 days or before and after, so Eco Friendly - hardly! The Air Conditioner squeaked like a family of mice, again, he said he couldn't do much. The shower door would not shut, so had to put towels all over the floor for the water that came out. The room SMELLED horrible, had to go buy air fresheners to put out. Would have left, but was in town for a funeral. Never, never, never staying here again and neither should you.

The hotel was conveniently located near Sea World and offered an excellent free breakfast with lots of options for my family.
