It was a decent stay. There are a lot of people who live in the hotel, which no biggie, but you can tell they're pretty comfortable. TVs were loud, slamming doors, people smoking weed and cigarettes...could smell it from my room. Full kitchen and everything but they don't provide dishes, so if you don't have your own, it's kind of pointless. Room was clean, it was quiet for the most part. Teens and kids who live there like to hang out in the fitness room making it unusable. Coffee from 6-10 was nice.

Lovely location but wouldn't recommend. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location close to parks, shopping and various dinning options. However, our room had roaches and the entire third floor smelled like marijuana. The front desk young in the morning was very helpful but some things are just out of her control. It's really sad because it's such a convenient area for families but I would have to say, I will be using other hotels for future travels.

Arriving late for a business conference, i was put off that the front door was locked and the "phone" was inoperable. After knocking several times and waiting, finally was the door unlocked. During check-in, there were kids running up and down the hallways, but thats to be expected in Orlando. Almost midnight with a 7am rising, I went to the room to discover it had not been touched after the last check-out. Back downstairs to notify front desk. Issued a 2nd room that smelled of death and had the window wide open apparently in an effort to rid the room of the terrible odor. 😳 Yikes! I know I should have turned around and left, but I was tired so I used my Joop to refresh the place. Sadly, reporting the incident to daytime management did not even yield an apology, just a quick defense on how clean they usually are. One word: Ratchet. If you know, you know.

Considering that you have a car, this hotel is in a good location in relation to the Universal and Sea World Parks, the International Dr attractions and Disney Springs, There is a 7 Eleven gas station and convenience store in front of the hotel. For dining you'll need to use your car. The Area of the hotel is somewhat isolated and I saw some weird people around when I arrived back to the the hotel at night. The Hotel inside is simple but good, the room we stayed in was spacious, the beds were confortable, the bathroom was good, there's a microwave and a big fridge, it was perfect for our family.

This was affordable and based on other reviews so we gave it a try. It is definitely not 7.4/10. More like 6/10. There was no shower curtain which we had to call to ask for. It took over an hour to get. Then they expected me to put it on. The walls is very hollow. You can hear everything! All night long we hear doors opening and shutting. There was a strong smoke smell in our room. My son was coughing a lot from. It’s not very kids friendly. There was no kids channels at all. Free WiFi is very basic. There was no ice machines. I have stayed at better hotels in Orlando within a reasonable price. This is by far not our favorite. We will stick to IHG hotels.

Check in was a bit weird. Called in advance to confirm I can check in by 3am because my flight landed at that time more or less…room was paid in advance in full! Was told I would have to wait until 11am for guest to check out meanwhile I have to kids sleeping in the car at that time.. only two towels for our room, called desk to see if they can provide more was told ill have to wait until the next day because they had none clean… the person that checked me in was acting like if it was her place we were going to stay.. the parking sucks.

Firstly the positive about this property. The room was clean And towels were provided. The negative about this property is that the entire property wreaks of Marijuna, the smell is so strong that it seeps into the room. There are no carpets in the room, which means it’s not an odor that is trapped. Upon check-In, staff appeared to be friendly and professional, however when we got to our room around 9 PM, there was a constant noise upstairs that appeared to be stomping or running around of some sort that was constant all night to the point my toddler was awakened out of his sleep. When I contacted the front desk about this constant noise, there was a lack of empathy and she was very rude and unconcerned for my complaint. I would not recommend this hotel at all because it appears to be some shady things happening here. I would spend the extra money and go elsewhere, especially if you are traveling with children. There is a no refund policy for this establishment which means if you want to leave early there is no credit or refund. We paid for two nights and only spent a night there, we had to pack up and leave because of the marijuana smell and the constant noise coming from above us. Stay at your own tolerance.

this place is new therefore beds are clean and comfortable. located midway of main attractions which was convenient. No shampoo or conditioner on the bathroom. we had book a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, only 2 towels on the bathroom but we were able to get extra ones on the reception; also no clothes iron. kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, and even an stove I think. Overall its a good (clean) please to stay if you are planning on spending most of your day on the parks or doing activities on the area and pretty much just using the facility as a place to shower and sleep.

Not a fork to be found- yup, it has a nice kitchenette, but not a single cooking, serving, item provided. The manager said "Because we're extended stay, we expect our guests to bring their own cookware and dishes." He pointed out that I might be confusing them with Extended Stay America- a chain with kitchenettes that DOES PROVIDE a means to use the cooktop microwave etc by supplying silverware, pots and pans etc. I asked for a hair dryer and had to provide my driver's license as collateral. The ONLY amenity provided was a single bar of soap and wifi. And, as expected, there were families there with kids. It was really loud. There are no restaurants within walking distance. Just a 7-11.
