Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando At SeaWorld

Just there to go to SeaWorld. Took hotel shuttle to the park. Came back early so the kids could swim. Very hot day. Everything was great.

Reservations were made a few weeks in advance. At check in we weren’t told the pool was closed and would be closed until after we checked out the next day. When we commented (complained) to offers were made. We were told about their 24 hr coffee station, at 9 pm the coffee station coffee was cold. Breakfast is only submerged until 9 am on a saturday(?) they had a fair selection of food, nothing amazing and 2 of the 3 hot food options were cold (not even warm) Our room was great and clean. Room was quiet. The next morning we asked about using a neighboring/partnering pool… there were “sister” hotels on both sides of us. Staff offered to “make some calls”. In the end, they were willing to accommodate so the kids could swim but why wasn’t this offered the day before when we voiced displeasure about the pool being closed.

I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk when checking in. Hotel room was good. Unfortunately we had a room above the pool. Pool was suppose to close at 10. People were in the pool partying loudly till 2 am. It was very obvious they were drinking. Whoever was working would not do anything. We have two small children. We didnt get any sleep till after 2.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of room (3 adults/3 children). Pool was relaxing. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, it can be hard to find a seat. Location nice, within 20 minutes all most major attractions/parks. Only down fall, you pay to park.

When we arrived, I had to stand at the front desk for quite a while as the one employee was on the phone. She didn't greet me nor acknowledge my presence for several minutes until my husband finally came in to see what the hold up was as we had 4 very tired, very cranky kids. When she eventually did get to us, it was fast from there to get to our room. The room was okay clean, but smelled musty and like cigarette smoke despite it being non-smoking. Beds were meh. The pull-out couch was absolutely awful. All in all, I wouldn't stay at this particular Hampton Inn again. We'll try one of the others close by next time.

First time staying here , we are SeaWorld and Aquatica pass holders so staying here was excellent given the distance to the parks . CVS being directly behind the hotel and Bone fish grill made for perfect spot for a family with two young kids . Room was nice , all the staff were excellent as well and very helpful . Will definitely be booking again very soon

Room I booked wasn’t what I ordered so I had to pay for another room to accommodate my family. Terrible service by both Expedia and Hampton and I would appreciate a call to discuss or email.

Perfect for our one night stay. Loved the spacious room. Need more options of free shows for children. Toilet was not cleaned properly. I had to wipe up pee stains. Other than that, it was great.

This wasnt the hotel we booked but expedia sent me and my family there with no other option since the hotel we booked and previously payed was full. The smell in the room was awfull, probably the carpet or the AC, and since you cannot open any window, you are stuck with that smell during the whole stay.

We loved everything about this property! It was always clean. Even thought the hotel was full we always found a parking place and a table to eat at. The hotel does NOT have paper thin walls so we didn’t even hear when our neighbors would come and go. It was always quite. Breakfast was amazing and always fully stocked with lots of choices. Location was amazing as well. Easy to get in and out. It was also very close (within 2 miles) of many many places to eat. Of course within a block of SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. It is 5 miles from Disney and I would probably stay here if I stayed off Disney property. It wasn’t congested with traffic, which was nice. They do seem to be building many things within 3 miles around the hotel so that could change. Our only “complaint” was the pool was a plain rectangle shape. Our kids didn’t care, but yours might. Overall, excellent value and location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
