My family spent a very enjoyable week here over the holiday to visit family. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations very much. Our standard double queen room was quite generous in size, far larger than usual and the extra room was great. There is lots of see and do with little kids. I understand it is relatively new, and there were a few service issues. Our room did not get serviced two days in a row. After the first time, I asked the front desk on the way out to please make sure housekeeping visited the room as it had not be serviced the previous day. She. We returned, late and tired, it had not been cleaned again. No one answered when I called, so I walked down to the front desk to ask for some clean towels at least. Staff spent a few minutes discussing why the request wasn’t fulfilled amongst themselves and forgot to apologize for the inconvenience, but they did send me some towels. At checkout, there were some 40+ incorrect charges for premium internet all billed on the same day. It appeared to be a some kind of system glitch and they removed the charges but I would make sure to check your final bill carefully. Overall, I would recommend, I just think they have a few issues to work out.
