I have to say when traveling with two kids and a wife the place was very nice. Loved the pool and breakfasts. Some staff where very rude and the way the employees talked when customers as in children where around I was not impressed other wise it was a good stay

We stayed with this hotel for a little over a week and absolutely loved it. The kids loved the breakfast bar which they are a sucker for waffles so win win lol. The staff is awesome from the people greeting you behind the counter to the breakfast bar workers even down to house keeping. We hated leaving but had to. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids and all of our stuff. The pool area is the only place I'd recommend a sun shade or something to hide from the sun when the kids are swimming. Other than that this hotel is AMAZING! I would definitely love to stay here again.

We stayed here for ease of visiting family within the area. We stayed in 2 seperate rooms during our stays. Rooms were clean, but lots of mold around the tubs and surrounds. Light figures could use a deep clean and 1 of our fridges were dirty with food crumbs and sticky stuff. Bed was super uncomfortable in our 1st room but was much better in our second room. Dirty bedding upon check in was replaced when we asked. But no apologies really given. Staff were attentive and were doing the best they could with a full hotel. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it is super friendly and is constantly staying ontop of food and cleaning. Would I say here again? If family was still down the street yes as we could walk it if needed. If they moved then no. I would stay someplace else that is cleaner.

My stay was ok. Breakfast was disappointing. The first time I tried to check-in was frustrating. The man who managed the front desk was not friendly at all. I arrived in the morning around 8am to check in because I have to travel at night because I have two small children and he was not understanding at all. Wouldn’t even check to see if a room was available and told me to come back at noon to see if something was available and pay an early check in fee or 4pm when check in was. I told him I had called ahead to let them know I was coming early because my kids are young and it’s easiest for travel to drive when they’re sleeping. He was loud and rude about it. So frustrated he was out of breath talking. Everyone eating breakfast was staring at him. For working in hospitality he was not very hospitable. So I went and slept in the car till check in with two children under the age of 5. The house keeping was nice and helpful. Beds were ehhh. The pull out mattress was stained and needs to be updated. The pool was great but it closes at 9pm. The lady that checked me in at 4 was really nice and made accommodations for me to be on the bottom floor. The washer and dryer is over priced. The carpets were really dirty they turned our feet black.

non-smoking room was fine, but someone smoked in bathroom and ruined it. smelled horrible. stinks that people smoke in non-smoking room. maybe just go outside perhaps? its pretty easy. just some common courtesy. Also Thank you Comfort Suites to remember that babies are a part of the accommodation business model for hotels and they are valuable enough to provide accommodations for eg. PackNPlay to sleep in. Somehow many hotels in your area are neglecting them and refusing to accommodate them!

I made this trip as part of the university of Florida family weekend. My daughters attend there. The hurricane caused family weekend to cancel but I was not allowed to cancel my reservation since I had prepaid. We made the best of things but Hotels.com showed no compassion or consideration for our situation with the hurricane. They should have let us cancel or reduced the room rate since we paid top price because of family weekend. I have a friend who uses Travelocity and he says they are much more understanding. Unless consideration is given to my circumstances, this will forever conclude my relationship with Hotels.com.

Very clean but at night only one person working the desk. He had too many requests for one person to be able to handle. Also while checking out a long term guest was yelling and the front desk clerk. He was very I appropriate but the desk clerk cursed at him while my young family was in the lobby.
