Great staff very friendly!! Breakfast was very good. Room was huge. Very well worth the price. Love the 2 rooms set up. It was like having a vacation from the kids.

The room with a little living room and kitchen is great for families breakfast is good stuff is friendly and helpful parking is easy the only negative note is housekeeping our stay was 7 days and in 3 occasions housekeeping did not show up. furthermore when they did make up the room they did not clean very well

The hotel is dated and dirty. All 4 family members got bed bugs, will not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Our family of 5 appreciated the two bedroom suite option and free breakfast. The shuttle was packed and took over 30 minutes to pick us up. The rooms were not as modern and new as most hotels, but it was fine for a 1 night stay for our cruise the next day.

One of the best hotels I have ever gone to with my family. Especially the friendly young lady at the front desk. I forgot her name but believe her name is Pharaoh; she is wonderful.

The hotel offered beautiful exterior landscaping and lobby ambiance. The reservation staff was found to be warm and friendly. They even acknowledgement Hilton Honors members by offering complementary package (bottled water). The family room assigned was very spacious, with fully outfitted kitchenette.
