Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

We are a family of 12 and needed to make arrangements for extended parking at the property and transportation to the cruise port. The staff were helpful and made this a seamless process. I would stay here again if going on a cruise leaving the Port of Miami.

Never think to rent this hotel if you have kids! This hotel is nasty the rooms smells bad is old and they charge you like a hotel 5 stars I payed almost $500 for 2 nights and I stayed 0 because when I arrived to this hotel I couldn’t stayed for the bad condition of the room I decided to leave and look for something else and this hotel now they don’t want to give my money back so I done paying for so

The hotel can use some upgrades and the stuff it’s always short! No the nicest for a Marriott, it was a bit disappointing for my family and I ! For one night hotel/airport “kind of thing” is good!!

Check with hotel if their pool is reopened before booking here. Our family and another family we were travelling with booked a night here after our cruise, specifically for use of the pool with the kids on the last day however the pool had been shut down. Also, I knew when we booked that it was close to the airport and to expect noise but we were directly under a landing flight path. Planes are already quite low, very loud and constant! Manager was very nice and felt bad the kids couldn’t swim, gave us free breakfast coupons and let the kids pick a couple snacks out of the concession. Good shuttle service to the airport.

My tv wasn’t working they offered to change my room but I couldn’t I had already settled in with two kids The house keeping stuff was wonderful 🏆

This property was horrible. The worst customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This Marriott does not share the integrity of all the Marriotts I have stayed in. It is a family business. If you are traveling to Miami Florida. Please be very careful who you do business with. Marriott in West/Doral gave me the worst experience. No microwave in the room either. There is one in the hotel in the lobby for all residents to share. Also, be prepared to Uber because the shuttle doesn’t run consistently to and from the airport. I booked my trip months in advanced and got a great deal, so I knew the price. When I arrived, they added $250 for incidentals. I said, okay, that’s fine. My last morning, I called to check on it. The lady at the front desk said “I don’t see any cash you gave here. You will get nothing back. Your bank put a hold……etc” Just a hassle I wasn’t expecting this on my vacation. I am a frequent traveler, & this one topped the cake for me. However, I did not spend much time here. Miami is definitely a beautiful city with a lot of cultural and fun things to do! I hope this helps any traveling to Miami in the future.

I reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room and one room was supposed to have a crib for infant. When we got to the hotel, the reception wasn't friendly and she said they only have 2 rooms with king size beds, not two double beds per room as I reserved. Also there was no crib in either room. To make it short I don't recommend this hotel.
