Trump National Doral Miami

Staff was excellent, specially Diego shout out to him, not sure if he worked Valet or a greeter. What a pleasure it was meeting him, he assisted my husband, I (I’m in wheelchair) and children, helped with the luggage all the way to our room and also bought water to the room. Very polite the young lady at front desk (I did not get her name. Customer service is very important to our family, makes our vacation more enjoyable.

The property is meticulously maintained with lush landscaping and picturesque views. The Trump hotel gets right what many businesses have lacked since COVID, customer service. Here they truly excel at providing a great customer experience. Especially grateful for Ruby at the pool for going above and beyond to ensure our children had an amazing time and Leo at the bar for his excellent service. Truly a wonderful experience as a one night stopover on the way to our weeklong vacation in the keys turned into our children's highlight of the whole trip! Thanks again to the amazing staff.

Trump knows hospitality. Prior to checking-in, the hotel called us to see if we needed anything in preparation for our stay & also asked what time we would be arriving to ensure our room was ready for us. This was the first time my wife & I were away from our baby, & they really took it upon themselves to ensure we had a restful experience. Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the golf course & they had champagne and strawberries waiting when we arrived. The only issue we had was that our room was rather warm at night, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. We called the front desk & they sent maintenance over to take a look at the A/C. The technician took apart the A/C & reset the thermostat. He was able to resolve the issue, but all of this took place at 2:00AM, which took a damper on our evening of rest without baby. The room did cool down within an hour & we were able to get some sleep. We did request a late check-out considering the late night A/C troubles & they quickly responded to allowed us to stay until 2:00PM. Their service is exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was absolutely wonderful & professional. Again, Trump knows what he is doing.

Wonderful property and stay. Room was superb and quiet and food quality and options were perfect. Unfortunately, our time at the pool was met with challenges and concerns. First, guests staying at the Marriott were brought in by the bus load and overloaded the pool area, especially since the second pool was closed and under maintenance (not to mention the ongoing paint smell). Of more concern was the unsafe conditions on the slide. Attendant at top let riders go at will, often times in pairs or more with small children often at risk. Bottom line the pool area lacked supervision and concern for guests.

No detail missed at this resort. Excellent service and family friendly. We will return!

What an amazing property. Anything this family touches is absolutely golden. Honestly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Even better than Beverly Hills Hotel or The Plaza. Staff is super kind. The Trump organization treats their employees very well. Everyone has nothing but good things to say about their experience working at Trump. So happy to stay here and support a wonderful man. Thank you Mr. President!!!

Very friendly staff always willing to help. The rooms were beautiful and spacious for my family of 4. Everything was clean and well organized. Front desk staff was helpful and always with a positive attitude. Makes you feel like your royalty.

Great hotel for a getaway with the kids! We enjoyed the 4th of July celebration, staff was amazing, friendly and the service was outstanding! The only thing I would improve a little was the service at the breakfast, they were not as nice as the rest of the staff in restaurants, pools, rooms, etc When the breakfast staff saw we were ordering from the menu instead of the buffet they were not happy… other than that our stay at this place was perfection!
