Hyatt Place Miami Airport West/Doral

Excellent service snd super location. My five night stay with family was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay. Location was great! The staff was super nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good. I would definitely stay and recommend to friends and family.

Over all great hotel. We arrived at 12:30 in the morning after a very long day of flying and check in was a breeze. We even got nice cold water bottles given to us which was so appreciated. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and included in price of room. For a family of 5 that helps alot. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staircase could use some tidying and 1 elevator was down while we were there, causing major backup during busy times. Was usually quicker to take stairs. Pool area was gated off and fairly clean. The pool itself could have used a bit of a clean out but thats to be expected of an outdoor pool. Plus it was a chilly/windy day so no one but us were in it. But everything over all was great and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my wife and i must say the very moment you walk in they greet you even give you water on arrival. All the staff was very helpful, respectful, pleasant and very accommodating to any requests i had. The hotel is more family oriented. My only downside was that 1 out of the 2 elevators was functional and the wait time was a big long as all the guests uses it.(you can use the stairs if you don't want to wait). Overall it was a good stay and big up to Carlos at the front desk.

My stay was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok, my children ate the bacon, but they did have a variety of options ( the regulars, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, fruits and cereals). Our only issue were the elevators, one was out of service and the hotel appeared to be full. The wait was long, especially when trying to take your luggage down at check-out. Every time the elevator got to our floor it was full, but we eventually made it. Check out was fast and easy. I would stay there again with my family.

Great and affordable - every single staff member we encountered was super professional and courteous. We are a family of 5, and I would come back here with my family any time. Conveniently located next to shopping and dining, breakfast buffet is amazing.

The propety and location are good alway stay here when I visit family. This time the elevators seemed to be worn-out, one was down and the other seems to be taking a heavy beating. My son loves breakfast only seating could use some improvement. Since there's never enough for the guests to seat and eat breakfast.

Hyatt Place Miami Airport-West/Doral was an excellent choice for us a family of 3 which included 2 adults and a baby. We stayed in room 214. Some of the amenities offered, including an outdoor pool, a 24 hour front desk, free WiFi, and a flat screen TV, mini fridge,  toiletries. Its a nice and clean hotel, the rooms were comfortableand met our expectations very well. The only thing I would have liked to have in the room was a microwave. Generally the staff was helpful, breakfast is fresh and plentiful. A short walk to lots of good restaurants and shopping in Doral. Love seeing and hearing the airplanes while relaxing at the pool.

My family love everything, the room, the food, the price was affordable etc…. We will definitely recommend this property and we will come back in the near future for our trip.

The only thing for me is that the sign to the hotel should be a little higher and noticeable on two sides. The staff was very friendly and my kids loved the pool. Clean place!
