Very convenient for families

The Area where the hotel is is perfect . Tucked away in a quiet area with limited cars traveling around the location , The hotel it self is nicely updated and Beautiful and Very clean inside . No unpleasant odors . Staff is very accommodating and friendly , They go above and beyond to make our stay as present as possible ,I enjoyed the gym and my family enjoyed the Bar . The Cons are coming to Miami the pool did not work . But they should still keep it clean because guest are looking . They offer no continental breakfast and no microwaves in the room . I feel if they are not going to provide what travelers no as the norm of breakfast , they should have microwaves in rooms . Other than that is was a great stay . I will be back at this establishment

Good day, the stay at Mariott was nothing short of stay at a farm. I will definitely like to recognize the front desk/check in for being the most unwelcoming, distasteful and arrogant member of staff. For a business built on customer service, Miss surely needs to understand the nature of her job and what it entails. Not and I will provide some examples of her treatment to me and my party while we were guests there: - Looking at us as if we don’t belong at the establishment or can’t afford it with a scroll on her face. - Rolling her eyes when she saw me or any member of my party. - Not even greeting (hello, good morning, good day). While other members of staff so graciously did. - The rough manner in which she spoke to me upon check in and collection of my bags. - The nonchalant way she waved away my questions upon checking in. I strongly advise if the company retains her a back office job will ideally suit her. I most certainly will never patronize any Mariott Hotels and their Associates in the future since I was made to feel as if my business was not good enough for the company. I wish Marriot great success but without mine and my close family and friends support. I will be passing the word around on the manner in which I was treated at your establishment.

The staff made us feel like family, like we were home. We will stay there again without a doubt.
