The room was not attended to as it was in the past during our stay. Maybe unavailabilityof staff..otherwise it was wonderful great staff and very family friendly. Would stay again. Love this location.

The staff went above and beyond to help me and my family with our early arrival after our cruise came into Miami. We had 2 tired kids and the early checkin to one of our rooms was really appreciated, not to mention having a place to keep all our luggage until regular check in. The access to the dolphin mall was also a real plus.

While the location was nice of you want to shop and what not. The hotel staff was quite rude. Asked to be checked in early and paid for it. They charged my card as if I checked in but never received a called saying my room was ready. My family and got to the hotel back at 3pm and they still charged me for early check in. That is not early
