My family and I spent two nights here and were very comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious, and smelled wonderful. The front desk staff were cordial and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to shopping and I felt very safe. A great experience overall.

I stayed here with my family and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good and on top of that they also provided express coffee and tea services which was available 24x7. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning to visit Miami for vacation with their family.

My family and I booked one night on layover abroad. We arrived around 2ish, too early to get checked in which was ok. However, check-in time arrived and our room was not ready. After about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and my hubby got irritated and complained (because we had been traveling since 3am) our room was ready. I guess they were short staffed. Staffed apologized for the inconvenience and offered late check out the following day. They also checked on us to make sure everything was ok. I appreciated that. Pros: courteous staff, clean environment, room was clean and comfortable, continental breakfast included. Location was ideal as it was across from a mall. I definitely added this hotel to our list of places to stay.
