Great stay with family of 5. Highly recommend. Great breakfast. No complaints.

The room had plenty of room, it is one of the best we have been on for a family of 5. Location is good, feels like still new, we definitely recommend and will consider staying here again.

The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful during our stay. We had to travel to Miami so that my daughter could undergo surgery and we found the room to be very accommodating and spacious for our family of six. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

After traveling all day and arriving at 4:00 PM at the hotel, we were told our room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. We waited over an hour with two small children in the lobby with all our luggage. I had to stand in line 3 different times for any updates at all. Rafael, working the front desk, felt no need to apologize or show any kind of empathy for the situation. We finally got a key at 5:00 in the afternoon with no apologies. We were not the only people waiting for a room either. Multiple families were in the same boat. Save yourself the stress and book anywhere else!

We called before we got on the plane because we had a late arrival and we told that they would give us sheets to make up the couch bed when we arrive. When we arrived around 11pm they had given away our room despite the reservation and the call. We were given some other rooms but it was a family vacation and we wanted to stay together. The breakfast was fine and the staff was pleasant but super crowded.

My family and I had a great stay here. Customer service, breakfast,& cleanliness were all 10/10.

The kitchenette was perfect for our family and the kids enjoyed the pool! We loved that the property included parking.

The hotel is very clean & has great customer service. The beds are comfortable, the suite was very roomy with extra storage cabinets and plenty of drawers. The hotel is very quiet despite its proximity to the airport. We could not hear the planes. Very nice for an extended stay. Breakfast was good with many options. The kids loved the pool. Hotel is very close to many good options and grocers. The only negative we experienced was they never restocked the pool towels despite being told they were empty for days & the printer in the lobby does not work. The water outside is very nice to walk near and had tropical fish as well as wild iguanas which we enjoyed seeing. We don’t have wild iguanas or palm trees at home. Close enough to the beaches for day trips. We enjoyed our stay.
