The lobby was under construction while we were there so there wasn’t a hot breakfast. This was an unfortunate disappointment as my kids didn’t like any of the grab and go options and we always specifically book hotels based on whether they offer a hot breakfast.

The hotel was super clean and the morning food options perfect for our family with Mickey waffle makers and lots of other child friendly options.

Lit candles for a warm bath and got kicked out. Lost 5 nights stay with no refund. Had a family tragedy, that’s why i travelled to Orlando. My mind was somewhere else. They could of been more forgiving and gave a warning

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was too firm for me so I tossed and turned most of the night. My husband had no complaints and slept like a baby :) Breakfast was decent and included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereals, assorted breads. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
