It was a lovely resort. You need to get there early for the pool since there was so many families who reserve spots and are never seen there. And if you’re self parking, the machine doesn’t read your card so we got stuck there until an attendant came out. But overall, clean resort and would definitely stay again

We frequent this hotel and it is always great. We love the open lobby with bar and Starbucks cafe/market. Lots of different restaurant options on site. But the pool is what we love the most with the lazy river and poolside service. Our kids loved the DJ and requesting songs from him.

Loved the lazy river pool, the Nespresso coffee machine, rooms were very clean and spacious. Poolside Beech Restaurant food prices were quite high, $17 for kids meal with taxes and tip and did not include a drink. 12oz soda was $6.50. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and family friendly.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Disney. The resort was extraordinary with accommodations. My only complaint would be the pricing for food but with the economy I do understand the pricing.

We didn’t like how we discovered the comforter to the bed was covered in some unknown yellow stains. Unfortunately, we did not notice the stains until after two nights and put the comforter on the floor. They provided us with a credit but it was still a disgusting thing to deal with as the stain was either hidden or missed by housekeeping staff. The weekend in particular had a lot of children due to a soccer tournament and the hotel was unable to stop kids from playing soccer throughout the hotel. The prices of the hotel’s restaurants and drinks were overpriced as was their daily parking rate. The hotel’s amenities did not meet the value of what we paid for.
