Celebration Hotel

Check in was a breeze, the staff- carlos and xamira(sp?) were so friendly and helpful! They both went above and beyond to ensure that this was a great visit due to two times prior visiting the hotel with less than desirable outcomes. Our room was perfect this stay! Everything about the visit was great this visit. We stay in Celebration due to family living in town and I finally enjoyed my stay. I will be back in a few months and I hope that the next visit is as wonderful as this past week.

My mom and I spent two nights at the hotel for my mom’s 94th birthday. The day of her birthday my sister and her family surprised her by showing up for breakfast. Your staff ALL shared in the fun. It was a VERY special visit!!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful setting, friendly staff, many restaurants to walk to and one in the hotel. My only complaint is the double Queen bedroom was small for the price of the room. But if your willing to pay the $$$ for this hotel for a family of 4 know the rooms are small and plant on being out and about in the town of Celebration. 12 min drive to Disney

This review is solely based on our experience from the restaurant in the hotel and the restaurant management. This hotel has only one restaurant, I stay at this property every time I visit Orlando which is a few time a year. I come for business for two nights, eat breakfast with my parents who live in Orlando in the restaurant and then leave. I called on Saturday to confirm I was still able to eat in the restaurant as it was Easter Sunday, they told me the restaurant has been booked for months but they left spots open for hotel guests. I let them know I would be coming at 10am with a total of 4 guests. The manager I spoke with said not a problem. On Sunday I arrive with my parents/elderly grandmother. The restaurant manager (Steven) I believe was absolutely one of the most rude and unprofessional managers I have ever encountered. He told me that he is completely booked at 10am as we were both standing in an EMPTY DINING ROOM. He let me know we would not be able to eat in the restaurant because he has been booked for months. After getting very upset and stressed out, he decided to give us a table (they were ALL empty). $580 later we had brunch. I will no longer be returning to this hotel, they have lost a long time customer. I had to fight to have a very quick expensive breakfast with my family. The restaurant is an absolute joke.

Loved the hotel and the neighborhood , but it is unbelieveble that I was charged a 20 dollars/day extra for a small refrigerator in my room. Now, who goes to Disney with a kid and wouldn't need a refrigerator ? Specially in the Florida hot Summer.
