There were more kids than adults. There is limited activities for children. So they played on the hammocks, threw balls in the pool, and the hot tub was always full of children. I even saw an infant in the hot tub. Kids running, wrestling on the floor of the bar at 9pm and screaming in hallways. No one said tha thing. We will not be back.

Location is top-notch. With Disney a 5-minute shuttle away and golfing just steps from the hotel, this location is hard to beat in Orlando.
The rooms are a good size but need a renovation (which I understand is coming soon). The room decor is not on par with what you'd expect from a modern 5-star hotel.
Staff was very friendly, especially out by the pool. However, there were again some oddities that you wouldn't expect from a 5-star hotel. Suites did not contain glasses (for wine, beer, water, etc.) and a request for glasses and plates took 60-90 minutes to be delivered. Also, I witnessed a poolside kiosk sell a used pool float that had been left behind from another guest to another guest that was simply just looking to borrow for her young children. Considering how much this guest was paying to stay here, they really couldn't afford to just give them the used pool float??
Right now I do think they fall short of what you'd expect from a modern 5-star hotel, but if their rooms get an upgrade, I will return again next year. The location can't be beat and the staff were mostly very friendly.

Not the Waldorf of yesteryears! Rooms definitely need upgraded but the hotel itself is nice. We went back to our room only to have our key not work. Went to the front desk and were told we needed to move rooms due the possibility of mold in the room. Our carpet was indeed wet by the AC unit and or window. Lastly $40 per person for a buffet w no opportunity for wine, beer etc...baked salmon, baked chicken, steak that couldn't even cut w a knife, no veggies, no bread, a cookie for desert? Come on Hilton-Waldorf. The Wyhndam across the street has much better options and more kid friendly.

My family and I were in town for an event that was being hosted at another hotel and I wasn’t pleased with that property so thankfully we were able to get a 5 night stay at the Waldorf and it was definitely one of the best decisions we ever made! From the moment you step foot in the lobby, it feels like luxury and everyone from the bell hood and valet to the front desk staff, concierge, and cleaning staff were just amazing! The views are so beautiful and the pools and amenities were perfect. Our 10-year-old loved the s’mores and late night children’s movie night! We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay and we will be returning in the future❤️

It's a perfect place to stay for a memorable vacation. Combined with the Hilton makes it the best place for family with kids. The house keepers mostly Latinos are five stars. The staffing at the bar, the lobby and at the restaurant BB is excellent and very customer oriented. I have used the Vallet instead of self-parking, i do not regret it at all. All rooms are sound proof makes it the best place to free your stress and peace of mind.

This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is close to Disney and offers a lot of amenities. Prices are very expensive, but that is expected with a resort of this tier. The other bonus for kids is the use of the sister property (Hilton) pool, lazy river and slide. There is a short path between the two properties.
