Our house was getting plumbing work done and i had to get a room for my kids and wife because we had no water for a couple days...we got a good price on a big clean room, breakfast was also good and the staff helped with everything we needed. Thanks.

Located within walking distance of the Capital building. Front desk staff and valet very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately the first room we were given was next to a group of VERY loud, obnoxious children there on a sports team. The kids were running the halls, yelling, knocking on doors, etc. I notified the front desk who attempted to address the issue (they told me they had received other complaints regarding these same children). Unfortunately the issue continued so I reached out to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room. The staff at the front desk was able to move me to a different floor. I appreciated their ability to move my room, however, I wish the hotel had stricter policies for ensuring all guests adhered to common courtesy within their hotel. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Only one elevator was working which at times led to long lines when trying to navigate between the floors. When I tried to take the stairs to get downstairs quicker, I was surprised to see that the only exit from the stairwell on the first level took me outside! So then I had to walk around to the front door to get back in the hotel. There was no way to access the stairwell from the first floor so I had to wait in the line for the elevator each time I wanted to go upstairs. Overall it was a nice hotel for a night in Denver. We left very early the next day and the valet quickly retrieved our car and had it waiting for us.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The room was perfect for the family-spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful.
The parking situation is a little difficult-either you pay $45 a night for valet or you have to try to find street parking-OR you can park in the lot next door, but you have to go outside to pay for the next day at midnight since it expires at that time.
The only other problem was that one elevator was down, which most guests seemed to complain was a consistent problem. It caused some hold ups, especially during busy times or when the staff were trying to maneuver big carts around to clean and do their jobs.
Otherwise, it was a great location and the hotel itself was lovely. Great breakfast buffet. With those issues in mind, we would still stay there again.

This is a nice hotel but it was not a pleasant stay! First off, we figured we'd have to pay to park downtown in Denver. But it was $45/night to valet park at the hotel. There were some paid parking lots next to the hotel that were significantly cheaper but you have to go down at midnight to pay for the next day or risk getting your car towed. One elevator was down for "scheduled maintenance" but the hotel was full. So it took 15-20 minutes at least every time you needed the elevator. And sometimes it wouldn't even go the direction you asked so you'd have to ride it up and then back down. Also in the morning the elevators was also being used by the cleaning service so we hD to wait for them as well. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures online led on. I had to cram my baby's pack n play between the bed and the wall and it was so tight I couldn't even get between them. The area around the hotel felt sketchy. The room was clean and breakfast was good. But at $200/night for a room, $45 additional for parking seemed excessive. Def wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay for my family. room was super large with a great open area. the beds and room were comfortable and clean. we checked in really late but the valet worker was so nice and courteous, he really stood out to me and my family and made us feel so welcomed. Only hiccup was they were too busy to check and see if they had a rollaway bed available.

Horrible place to stay. Worse service. Arrived at 4pm to a vacant front desk and a sign saying back in a minute only to have thr clerk show up 15 minutes later from the back office annoyed to havr to do actual work to check people in. Only one elevator worked with no notice the other was broken (no signs) no service elevator so the mornings to get to breakfast became impossible several times the elevators were packed not with guests but with house keeping and their carts unwilling to scoot over and share the elevator. The stairs led to the actual outside and not the lobby inside. Only one actual desk clerk at night with a man bun was pleasant to deal with the rest were rude or downright unhelpful. Room had a leak in the overflow and flooded the entryway. The hotel notified in the am and maintenance showed up at 9pm to do a plumbing fix on a leaky overflow drain in the tub and expected us to let them in to fix with small children in the room at bedtime. No offer to switch rooms for us but bothered that we told them about the leak. Horrible visit wont ever consider this place ever again.

The hotel was adequate for the cost. Only two complaints.
1 - the pool was pretty gross. The kids wouldn’t even go in it a second time.
2 - the housekeeping was only every other day - which was only a big deal because the second time they should have cleaned was skipped. We ran out of toilet paper on the last morning we were there.

Older hotel that’s been updated with lots of space. Pool was disappointing, no hot tub. Breakfast was kind of lame and allowed little kids to be right in the center of the food line, making waffles and touching literally everything. The hotel can’t control other people’s kids, but they could arrange the breakfast line a little differently.

Only parking option is vallet for $45 extra or you park next to the hotel for $15 but must resubmit payment at midnight ! Other than that we are pleased with the hotel. Traveled with three kids. Spacious room! Good priced!
