Great stay as usual!! Ease of facilities, great gym, bfreakfast has several options that change daily. Only dislike is the hot tub. Barely warmer than the pool, and the towels are the size of a kids towel. However for kids they don’t mind; and had a blast!

My family of five stayed here. We enjoyed the walkability around the area and kids enjoyed the pool. Nice breakfast selection and work out room.

This hotel was not as advertised. We specially chose this one because it had to beds and a pull out couch. We flew into Denver and wanted to get a good nights rest before making our drive. Since there was not a pull out sofa bed (which was shown in pictures and stated) my husband had to try and sleep on the floor. The breakfast was good and all the staff was nice and helpful. The location was great. It just didn’t fit my families needs

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. .. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.. However someone’s kids are out of control in the pool and at breakfast. Maybe no kiddos at the breakfast bar unless with an adult… And I didn’t appreciate being next to the screaming family all night.

Not very "friendly" staff; Denver, homeless people have taken over the city, my kids did not want to leave the hotel anymore, city has a huge problem!

I can't tell you how many hotels I've stayed in and just because I always wanted a rural area Hotel away from traffic and epicenters of cities this was the best day in a hotel of my whole life for the price I paid for this it is also a bigger than my apartment God bless this hotel and I hope I can maintain my same rate that I did when I came to visit I'm looking to send my family to this hotel when they come to town this hotel was luxurious and stunned me and dazzled my wife and my kids they loved it completely thank you for allowing me to share this is important to know this hotel is worth every dollar

Check in was easy, the breakfast was plentiful and the hotel was located in a great location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The pool area was dated and the room was super spacious but a little worn. Overall though it was a great stay, and I'd defiantly stay there again and recommend to friends/family. It's family friendly, as well as adult friendly.

This is a modern, clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We parked right across the street at a paid parking lot for $16. I walked around a bit late at night and the area is fairly safe. The pool is small, but the hot tub is nice and warm with good jets. We got a free upgrade to a large corner suite room with a rotating tv, desk, and sectional couch. My daughter loved the electronic window shades, which make the room nice and dark for sleeping late. The bar area downstairs is stylish, and they have free breakfast in the same area in the morning. The breakfast was quite impressive, with fresh fruit, fried potatoes, and scrambled eggs, plus lots more. We really enjoyed our family stay at this hotel. The only less positive part was that we had a room with two queen beds and the mattresses were old, one was really squeaky and the other one dipped in the middle.

Paid for a 2 night stay. After a pleasant night's rest and a long day of having fun with the family, got back to the hotel to find my room key couldn't access the elevator. Went to the front desk to get it fixed. To my surprise, the "manager on duty" told me that my family's items were removed from the room and I no longer had a room for my tired family, and she was sorry for the inconvenience.
The manager told us that they were fully booked and would be unable to lodge us for the evening. There was absolutely no effort on her part to find us alternate lodging at one of the 10 sister hotels in the area. She made 1 recommendation, which turned out to be 3 times higher than what I originally paid.
It was already 8:45 PM and after frantically looking around for any lodging nearby within my price range, and failing, we attempted to speak with the manager again, who by this point had removed her name badge. She then tried to give us a business card of another associate, and when we asked, why? She replied that she was uncomfortable giving us her name.
If you want to call yourself a manager in the hospitality industry, you should own all of your decisions. Hold yourself accountable. Do not attempt to blame other associates or Expedia for your poor management skills. At the very least, try to help the people that YOU are kicking out on the streets. Have a little compassion towards the people that you claim to serve.
Sadly, my family's weekend vacation was cut short.
