My family stayed here while on a road trip and enjoyed our time here. The room was a good amount of space for a family of 4. It was clean and updated. I would stay here again if in town.

The room seemed clean when we first arrived until we went into the bedroom. There are huge stains in the carpet all around and under the bed. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed the pocket door latch and handle were about to fall off. We started to make the pullout couch for my kids and noticed there were only enough pillows for 2 people. My wife went down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. The front desk clerk said there were no more pillows without even checking, and there was no manager on duty until Monday morning. My wife e-mailed management and we have still not even received a response from them. The couch cushions were dirty enough that we didnt let the kids use those to sleep on and just used some towels. The hotel uses an automated text service to check on guests, and the next day asked what rating I would give them so far. I rated a 4 out of 10. Almost 2 hours later I received this "I'm very sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we are completely sold out for tonight so I would not be able to offer you a room switch. I can have someone bring up a few pillows for you though. Just let me know how many! -Guest Services" When we got back to the room there were 2 pillows waiting for us, so apparently the clerk the night before was just too lazy or didnt care about finding the pillows that we needed the night before. Probably not the hotels fault, but both nights we were there, there were kids screaming in the middle of the night from 2 different locations.
