The staff was very nice and the hotel seemed very clean. I loved the options of the exercise equipment in the room. Unfortunately our AC was not working properly. I notified the desk right away. Maintenance was supposed to come fix it but they never showed. They did offer to move us to a different rm but having a child with autism and other special needs it is hard to disrupt him after he is settled. Since we were out of the rm during the daytime, we were able to crack the window and make it comfortable to sleep. Other than the AC, I would stay here again if in town.

Manager there was a cool young man. When Expedia failed to associate my breakfast page on my reservation (to appear on Evens Hotel confirmation), he made sure to get in contact with Expedia to confirm my full details. He even included a few cups of coffee for me and my wife. THANK You very much sir, I didnt get your name (you mentioned having family in Tampa,FL as well as Port St. Lucie, FL)

Enjoyed the workout equipment in the room & the bed was super comfy. Only problems we experienced was the guy who checked in didn't give us any instructions to get elevator & the people above us had heavy walking & kids running in the room.

Very nice room with very comfortable bed and assortment of bed pillows. Food and beverage always available. Great guest spaces to meet and enjoy time with friends and family.

Staff and everything was so great! We had a King suite XL and it was very spacious. The pullout couch was big and not too uncomfortable at all. It was a new style and i had never seen that before. The only negative is that there was not a pool nor a free breakfast snd my kids were bummed. They did have fun games in the lobby area though and that entertained them for a while.

EVEN hotel was an A+ for us! CLEAN, quite, convenient location and all but one staff member (night desk clerk, he was always crabby) treated us like family friends visiting for the weekend!

Well, I wanted to love it…I didn’t. If you don’t know, this is a new kind of IHG hotel…centered on fitness. Yoga mat, ball, resistance bands in your room. It just felt “cold” to me. The bed wasn’t IHG comfortable, the noise in the hallway was loud, the toilet was toddler height, and my AC had a whine in it. OH! And twice in the middle of the night there was a very loud sound that lasted for more than a minute each time…I’m assuming it was caused by the people either upstairs or next door flushing their toilet. Needless to say I slept very badly! I stayed at the Garden Inn the following night and slept like a baby.

I never got to stay. There was no room for me and when I checked in there were six other parties like me - exhausted, one with children, just needing to sleep - but "no room in the inn". A Hotels.com fail. Not a poor reflection on this hotel, but I'll bet they drop Hotels.com as a vendor. Called customer service. Their response to this gold member? We can give you a 10% coupon for your next booking. Terrible customer service.

The room was immaculate. Very modern bathroom with spacious shower. Hotel appears to be geared towards health & fitness, but was not overbearing or forceful. There was yoga equipment, a balance ball and resistance bands in the room. Fitness videos also an option on the TV menu. The complimentary breakfast was able to to customized and offered choices like fruit, yogurt & hard-boiled eggs. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel.
