The property is beautiful. My next door at the hotel woke up at 6 am screaming at her kids. Until i called the front desk and asked for them to go ask them to be quiet. After hotel staff took care of the loud guest - it was a pleasant stay.

Well Check In was at 4:00 and we got there at 5:30 and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes until it was ready. Room was nice and roomy except the bathroom way tiny. Barley enough room to use the toilet. Hotel was in a good location as far as meeting up with the family.

The property was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Just the lady staying next door woke us up at 8am by screaming at her kids at the top of her lungs.

They advertise this property as having a gym and an indoor pool... Surprise surprise they don't have either one of them! Me and my family specifically booked this hotel for those reasons and to find out it was all a BIG LIE was extremely disappointing!

Stayed here for three nights. First thing I noticed when we walked in the lobby; the smell of weed (it’s Colorado). Only one elevator was working, took forever! We ended up just using the stairs the whole time (4th floor got our exercise). Got the room, smelled funny, old and run down, the mattress was yellow. The number one thing that I couldn’t get over and wish I had known; no microwave and no fridge in the room!!!! That put a huge damper, guess it’s good I didn’t have my two small children with me. This was an anniversary getaway, and I was so bummed because the reviews were good. Bad stay. One of the worst I’ve ever had. Trust me, stay somewhere else.

Hotel was very nice, staff was great! It was clean. I didnt like that the breakfast isnt free and that there wasntvreally any kids friendly channels, but wasnt a big deal. The drain on the bathtub leaked while my boys took baths so the water had to be on the entire time for water to stay in it, again not a big deal. The elevators were an issue the first day one was broken and the other one was incredibly slow, but staff was great and directed me to use the service elevator that the staff uses. I would stay again.
