I always like staying at Oxford Suites in Rohnert Park Ca. Super friendly. BUT.... Theres always a problem with the pool or jacuzzi. Last time pool and spa were being serviced. This time spa was closed cold and dirty. The pool was horribly dirty and filters not running. Granted there were many kids in it. But the filters should be going at full speed.

This was a great hotel experience overall with one minor exception: the queen beds were not sized properly and measured more as a double, which is much smaller for two adults. It was fine for the two children, but difficult for two adults. Otherwise, the mattresses were comfortable and bedding soft. The room had plenty of features and space, and the bathroom was exceptional, even compared to much pricier hotels and resorts.

Really disappointed, everything here closed at 9pm on a Saturday night! The pool, the restaurant and the bar. Other guests were upset as well.. it’s Saturday night, we got to the hotel at 8pm after traveling all day. The kids only had 30 minutes to swim and then ate fast food for dinner because restaurant was closed

Stayed for one night to spend time with family. The room was great. Lots of space to spread out, love the Starbucks coffee in the room, bed and sofa were very comfortable. The only thing that was difficult to use was the shower. Being only 5’0 ft tall couldn’t reach the shower head to adjust the nozzle so I had to stand up against the wall so the water wouldn’t directly hit my face. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s a really nice hotel and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Just an overnight and upon arrival headed to Graton Casino to meet family so didn’t get to enjoy the free cocktails at 5:30pm. Also with late night, didn’t get to have advertised included breakfast as it ends at 9 am; which is TOO early when checkout is at 11am. Know that the hallway smelled like lack of fresh airing out.

Disappointed in daily parking charge. Coupons for free drink and social hour snack not honored on Monday. Enjoyed our 1 night stay with extended family last spring so returned for 2 nights this fall.
