Very good experience. We had a family suite, with two connected rooms and 3 beds (1 king, 2 queen) - it was very comfortable and the mattress quality was very good. AC was working really well on the hot day we were there. The only thing I would have asked for would probably be that the family suite should have 2 bathrooms, or at least 1.5 bathrooms. Having 6 people in the suite with only one bathroom could have become a bottleneck but we were able to manage it well. Everything else was really good!

We booked one of the family suites for 6 people and we really liked our room, we also loved how the pool was right outside our room back door ☺️

We are a family of five adults and it is unusual to find a room with enough beds. This had a king and a room in the room with two queens. It was perfect. The room was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable (except for small pillows), and the property was quiet. Close proximity to coffee and food! They also accommodated a change in our reservation without difficulty.

Second time we have stayed here with the family. We come up for tournaments for my kids and won't stay anywhere else! A staff is friendly, rooms were clean, love the onsite cafe! Wonderful place!

The property itself was not bad. We were lucky to have a room toward the back so it was quiet. There were mature trees and a pool with hot tub which we didn't use but it seemed popular for the families with kids. The rooms were clean but strangely crawling with little ants all over. The cafe on the property had a limited menu but the food was good. The area around the hotel was filled with wandering homeless and a lot of traffic. The hotel staff that greeted us for check in was having a bad day and let us know all about it. All in all I would stay again if I happened to be in the area.

This hotel is a little gem for sure. Super clean, super organized, sooo peaceful. Room was big and well maintained. The garden, the little fountains give such relaxing vibe and little patio where you can hag out and enjoy some sun or watch kids at the pool were amazing. We loved everything about this hotel. Staff is amazing, super friendly and attentive. Thank You so much for giving our family such positive experience.

I loved that all of the rooms are on ground level. They also have parking spot right infront of your room door. The sliding door was convenient for watching my teenage kids in the pool. What we didnt like was that there was only one person working the front desk and there were four people in line ahead of me when I arrived at 4pm. Also, just fyi, the hot tub/jacuzzi is in a separate gated area than the pool...about 100 ft away. But it was a nice size and a good temp. The maid made our beds in the morning while we were at the beach, so that was nice. Comfy beds, but Very small tv in 2nd bedroom of family suite. All in all, we'd go again without hesitation.

The pictures from expedia and what we saw in person were completely different. Feel very deceived. Dirty, rooms smelled like mildew, pool was unsanitary (floating bread in pool), lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Not acceptable for young children Area was not up to a family friendly standard. I will NEVER book through expedia or with this hotel again

We were so pleased to find a single room that could accommodate our family including grandma age 100. Space to move around, table and chairs, sofa bed, bar sink fridge and microwave. So much nicer for us than two rooms. Thanks.
