My one month old daughter ended up I. The hospital because of something in the room. My dog was also sick and had something wrong with her that’s why I know it was something about the room. Management and staff did do thing about it so we left not wanting to risk more harm to our family

Our stay itself was amazing, only thinking keeping this stay 5 stars is the AC moly working properly in the room. Always shut off when we needed it to be on.
desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, breakfast had good options and take out boxes for on the go. My kids loved the fresh cookies.

Our stay was fantastic. Whenever we’re visiting family in the area we stay at this Hampton Inn. Reliably wonderful and the front desk staff is the best.

We had a mini vacation during the spring break with the kids. The room is clean and the location is perfect for us. on this trip we plan to go to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol and Petaluma. Ida was on the front desk on the night that we arrived. She was extremely genuine, helpful and courteous. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Great place to stay! The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and updated. Thcle room is beautifully decorated, clean and modern. The breakfast was more than sufficient - perfect way to start the day - as every other Hampton breakfasts are. My only thing to mention is that we could hear the folks in the neighboring room arguing until the wee hours of the morning, and the next morning there were children above us running and jumping and we could hear it all! Not the hotels fault but if you're a light sleeper, this could make a difference for you.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable (although the pillows were rather worn), so we were looking forward to a restful and relaxing night before my son took the ACT the next morning nearby. We were staying at the hotel to get good rest and be closer to the test site than out home an hour away. Then, right before he was set to go to bed, my son went to take a shower and the shower wouldn't turn on. No water. Maintenance came up and couldn't get it to work. They offered to move us to another room, but we had fully unpacked and we were eager to just let my kid get to sleep so he could be well rested before the big test. They ended up giving us a room key so we could run back and forth and use a shower at a room down the hall. We had no robes and it was kind of ridiculous and kept us up way later than intended and counter to the whole point of us staying there. Throughout the night, the room would get much warmer than expected before the a/c would wake up and start going again, waking me up frequently throughout the night. And then, the next morning, the toilet lid fell off while my son was sitting on it. Just crashed to the side, startling him. We looked and the joint between the lid and the seat was weird & plastic & rickety. The eggs at breakfast still looked like powder- the most crumbly and non-egg looking that I have ever seen at a hotel. The workers were all very nice, the cookies at the greeting were yummy, and the place was very clean and easy parking.

The location is perfect! There are many restaurants close by as well as a Costco.
The front desk person was friendly and the facility itself is extremely clean. Our room was nice and our king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was is outside but heated to 82 degrees, and our grandkids loved it. Breakfast was included in our stay and for hot choices there were eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal and two waffle stations. There were also various fruits and breads for you to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well kept and had modern decor. The beds and bedding were super comfy and we all slept really well. The room was quite compact in terms of it size with the 2 Queen Beds in there and was not as much extra floor space around the beds as you get at some hotels. Bathroom was very clean and modern; breakfast was great; the kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the exercise room. Would I stay here again - yep, in a heart beat. If you pick the Hampton Inn and Suites at Rohnert Park, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This is a newer hotel and is very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The Suite Shop with snacks and beverages was a huge plus for this pregnant lady who gets frequent hunger attacks at inconvenient times. The maid staff was a little inconsistent in their timing, which caused us to miss getting our room cleaned a couple of days. This was not a huge problem as I was able to snag fresh towels, etc. from the cart anyway. The location is very convenient, with a few restaurants, Starbucks, and a Target right there if you need something on the fly. Also, right off the 101 was a huge plus, as we were visiting family and attending a wedding, so there was a lot of hopping around to see everyone. Breakfast was about what you expect at this level of hotel: not spectacular, but satisfactory. I will definitely stay there again when we go back for another visit.

We went to California for eight days & this hotel was the best one we stayed at. It was priced cheaper than all of our other hotels and was extrememely better than any other we stayed in. We stayed in a Hyatt that did not offer any better service for the higher price. This Hampton Inn had excellent continental breakfast with omelets and waffles. AND FREE!! With a family on vacation it makes all the difference. Thanks Hampton!!
