The location was good. Not far and not ti close from many places. Something I did not like was that the carpet was extremely dirty to the point where if you would walk around in socks your socks would be extremely dirty from the bottom. My kids showered and would get out and walk around barefoot and there feet would be literally black from the carpet! Had to ask to refill shampoo and conditioner as well as they were empty upon arrival.

Not worth the price of over $400 for one night. And to many hidden costs. We were a family of 4 and there were only 3 full size shower towels. Also the water pressure was terrible. The breakfast picture on the website had really good looking omelets and there were none and it was a Holiday weekend on a Saturday. The refrigerator was not very cold at all and no way to turn it up, we had to use our ice chest. beds were lumpy and made a lot of noise when you moved and the filter on the air conditioner must have been dirty because it smelled dirty every time the air kicked on. the room itself was clean and that's the only good thing. Not worth the amount they charged us at all. I will never stay here again.

The friendly staff breakfast option. The sauna . It was a bit roudy studying in the first floor due to other guests having too many kids

We liked the Hotel a lot it has everything, the customer service was good , it was clean, family friendly. I recommend this hotel 100% and we will be coming back soon! Thank you!

Went for a mini family vacation. Room and bed was comfortable. Downside is that you can hear the “neighbors” showering and using the toilet early AM since everything is so quite. Also hearing loud footsteps the level above us. Feels like you’re in an apartment and hear all.

Below average. Elevator from parking basement to hotel was “out of order” causing me to carry my child’s stroller, child, and belongings through the narrow stairs. This is a safety hazard and also not compliant with ADA. Breakfast area had oven “out of order” for entire stay which is lack of service labelling it as “out of order”. No bell service or trolley was always “busy” so I had to haul my luggage. People pay for convenience which was not the case. Room was very small and had stuffy smell to it. I will not stay here again.
