Whenever i come into Lompoc i always choose to stay at the Embassy suites. I have lots of family in town so I come for family events or flower fest quite often.

First on arrival we noticed that the property and the pictures advertised were completely different. We felt unsafe as there was a homeless encampment to the right of the building. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the TV in our room did not work, the linens smelled like someone had smoked in the room although they assured us this was a non-smoking room. The floors were uneven and the drawers in the cabinet wouldn’t stay shut. My list goes on and on. My family and I were extremely disappointed and checked out after just one night. Never again.

The hotel itself is super cute. However, y try he lineup for breakfast reminded me Soviet-era lineups in front of stores. And seeing kids not having their favorite oatmeal (that they paid for!!) because the staff did not make enough is not nice.

They had a party going on next door and my family could not sleep. Wish they would have done something about it or have a sign that says to keep quiet after hours. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was like I was staying at a hotel for kids on spring break. People were yelling and screaming, pounding on the floor music blaring in three different rooms that I can hear her in our bedroom until about one in the morning.

I had booked a king bed and got stuck with a double! The bed was hard and uncomfortable. So glad it was only one night. The lines for the "free" happy hour and breakfast were too long to navigate, and the snacks an food was gone. I guess you get what you pay for there. The jacuzzi was full of children at all times of the day/night. On a positive note, the room was clean and comfortable, just not the bed.

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was great. We were traveling with kids and they enjoyed the various breakfast options, including the omelet bar!

It was the better hotel in the Area. Had issues with Air conditioner on the hottest day of the year but the staff tried to fix but were not able to so I had to switch rooms with my family witch was kind of a pain because we had already unpacked but was glad to be in a room with working air conditioning. Food was ok but a lil cold not at all what I was expecting from an Embassy Inn but what can I say I had never been in Lompoc Ca before so was working with what was available. C+ From hotel A+ for staff

The room was very appropriate for our family. My husband enjoyed being able to have a full breakfast before continuing our day.
