SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel

Everything was great but I felt like I was at a water park instead of a hotel with views. The only thing we were able to view were lots of kids and lots of dogs and plenty of spaces didn’t feel like we were able to use them because of the large groups. I suppose it’s all good but not the vibe we were expecting or hoping for.

Stayed here twice and love it each time. Staff is so nice, great views, food and drinks nearby. Great for the family.

My go to hotel when there are available rooms. My family loves it here. I can BBQ, play corn hole or bring my own lawn game, relax in 2 jacuzzi’s, swim in the pool, chill out by any of the fire pits. Enjoy a good breakfast & hot coffee each morning.

Had an amazing time. Resort is beautiful. Very comfortable. All staff is on it. Great breakfast. Only place We've stayed at that offer delicious pancakes. Only downfall were the pillows. Too puffy for our liking. Very family and dog friendly. Lots of things to do and Blast and Brew restaurant is fantastic. Food and drinks are great as well as great and fast staff which is a plus. We will be back!!

Positives- very family friendly place. Tons of kids running around, swimming, playing corn hole. A small baseball game broke out with a group, and the adults were all very chill. We had a partial ocean view, which just meant we could see the property AND THEN the ocean. Was a gorgeous sight from the 3rd floor. Staff, specifically Silvia at the front desk, was very helpful and the warm cookies in the lobby are a very nice touch. Complementary bottled water in the room is also nice. Beds were not awful like so many other hotels lately and the room decor was very nice, with power ports and USB charging by the bed and on the dresser. We ordered food from the on-property restaurant and they bring it to wherever it's ordered. Food came very quickly and was good, we were impressed. Negatives- the day before our trip we got an email selling early check in for $75. $150 to check in at noon! Come on. We checked in bout half hour prior to 4 and the room was still not ready so we left for a bit to check out the area. When we came back at 5:30, room still not ready... Not a great start to the trip. Pool didn't have towels stocked, neither did the adults only spa. Booked a room for 4, and there are never enough towels. I never understood this part. All in all, a 4 star experience. The views are amazing here. Family friendly, pet friendly hotel. There is beach access here, but be prepared for 92 steps to get there, not exactly fin coming back up!

Very welcoming, family oriented, and my kids loved the cookies. The wine tasting was always a plus!

We upgraded to the family suite. Downside was the AC. We could not get it to keep the room cool like the kids room. Finally after trying for 15 minutes at 2am we got it working correctly. Overall except for that AC hiccup, everything was great! Clean beds, sheets, pillow covers, restroom, towels. Enjoyed using the gas grills. This is our favorite go to hotel whenever we go to Pismo and our family loves the pool & jacuzzi’s.

This hotel has great beach access and wonderful views. If you can, opt for the ocean view room. Theres a family pool and several spas to go too. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast next to the fire pit overlooking the beach in the morning. This is a dog friendly hotel, so is the town. Very pet and family accommodating. Only negative is that there is no restaurant on site. I would stay here again.

Took a quick weekend trip with the family. The staff was so friendly and our view was amazing. The access to the beach was perfect! There were fire pits going for the night time and breakfast was simple. Would love to come back again!

What a great little resort for a family getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay and definitely hope to come back.
