Rooms dont have AC but it was fun. I believe ppl who get rooms on the second floor should be considerably respect that theres ppl one the first floor and should not let their kids run. Kids didnt let us sleep since they were running back and forth. Other than that everything was perfect

It was a nice room- large, clean and great to have 2 king sized beds. didn’t see this until after I booked a non- refundable room- it is not air conditioned - my family said it was fine but we couldn’t open the windows because our room faced the road. They should include breakfast.

The room is nice size and very comfortable. My young children loved everything. The heated pool and spa was wonderful to wake up to and end the day. Fire pits were nice.

Very loud with the family that was below us at the fire pit with loud music and screaming child over the loud adults. The drains in shower/tub and sink are very slow TV remote only worked to turn down the sound— used to stay here with large group every year—used to be very nice—seems the clientele haven’t learn to respect other people are also at the hotel — so sorry to see this beautiful property be overshadowed by its customers behavior.

Bottom floor hears every footstep on 2nd, cleaning lady with her noisy cart went in the front of our room about 10 times within an hour, kids and I wanted to relax on our last day of vacation. So we packed up and left, room is average def nothing fancy like I was hoping. Most likey won’t return here after seeing other options near by.

Quiet calm environment with many to do with kids. Heated pool, walk to the beach, and sit by the fire.

Overall, we were fairly disappointed with our stay on 8/26. Earlier on in the week, I had contacted the property explaining that we would be coming from out of town (a 4 hr commute) for an event and would like to do early check in. The woman I initially spoke to advised me to call early Saturday morning to inform the staff working then, so that they could advise the cleaning crew. As recommended, I called around 8:30 AM on Saturday, 8/26 before we hit the road. The woman I spoke to, Monique, said that check out for the Friday night guests was at 11 and to call back once we got closer to determine if the room was ready. Once again, as recommended, I called back around 12 to be told the crew was on break! There is not enough text to add what happened upon arrival, which was outrageous. Upon opening one of the windows in our room, the screen popped off and fell in front of the door of the guests beneath us. It seemed this isn’t the first time this has happened, as the metal was bent in certain areas. Thank god we didn’t have children with us, as this could have been an extremely dangerous and concerning safety situation. I immediately informed the front desk, Brian, who said he would be over shortly to grab the screen door. For $450 a night, the customer service and experience was beyond disappointing! I would love to be contacted my management regarding my experience, as had it not been for the above, this would have been a lovely hotel and one I’d highly recommend.

First time staying, place superseded our expectations. Before our arrival they where texting if we needed anything when we arrive. We mentioned celebrating our 32year anniversary and they placed in our room a complimentary wine bottle and a beautiful towels display of swans on our bed with a card. Room is so upto date and seems remodeled. We simply loved everything. Ps. You have to make the time to walk to the beach, make sure you take bathing suits and take lots of pictures. Heather at the front desk made our welcome so warm and very professional. We are planning to go back with the family in two weeks. We strongly recommend this place❤️

A quick two night stay on a California road trip. Clean and comfortable room. Great location with a pool and fire pits for the kids to roast marshmallows. The room could do with some aircon as it only had fans but a good size for a family of four. Staff were excellent and Greg on reception was super helpful with great food and drink recommendations and his local knowledge was top notch!
