Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose Airport

We were in and out for family occasion. Only problem is no hotel bar and restaurant and nothing really close for eating. Breakfast was good.

Sparks Taekwondo Has a tournament every year in San Jose. Having stayed last year at the Hampton Inn with the use of the Common Area to Meet & Relax we had a positive experience, Sparks Taekwondo told the Parents to book the rooms from 2/23-2/25. Except this time the Manager (Lady) was rude and had poor PR. We could not use the Common Area but were told to go to the Pool Area where we could meet and eat dinner with our group & little kids, the Chlorine smell was highly irritable. I went to speak with the Manager on 2/24/24 at 8:45 PM to see if she would let us use the Meeting Room as the kids were complaining of the smell and irritation of the Chlorine while eating She agreed if I paid $100 for the use of the Room but only for 1 Hour. Place was nice and clean. Only was little disappointed, called the property ahead of time and was told the indoor pool was heated. Once me and the family arrived and entered pool was freezing. An employee even asked if it was warm we informed them no they just laughed and walked away. Didn’t find it funny since it’s the only reason the place was booked in the first place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of negatives: corner faucet and cold swimming pool. As others have mentioned, the corner faucet for bathroom sink looks great, but makes a mess. The water in the pool was too cool for grandchild to swim.

Nice clean hotel . Brought my 2 kids . Indoor pool(not heated) but fine for the kids and nice free breakfast with omelette sausage, waffles, bagels oatmeal and other stuff. The also was a gym . Staff was friendly and helpful

Perfect stay with friends and family. Comfortable, clean, updated, safe/quiet neighborhood, great pool, awesome breakfast, filtered waterbottle fill up station. Rene, at the front desk was awesome. My friend used the airport shuttle and said it was super quick and painless. Would absolutely stay again.

we booked a couple of months ago and checked with them a couple of days before we went, we are a family of 7, two adults and 5 kids, and we booked 2 rooms, when we checked in, they said we only had one room, we had our paperwork that showed 2 rooms, so the manager came over, he was really rude, he said because we booked through hotel.com it was our problem, not his, said it was our fault, that we should have booked through the hotel then he could of helped, but since we didn't, he wouldn't, he got loud, I think he was having a really bad day, we called hotel.com and they were so nice, asked for our confirmation number and said yes you have 2 rooms, they put one adult in each room, so the 2nd room was under the 2nd adults name, when we told the manager, he looked and said yes, but they were on different floors, and walked away. will not be using that hotel again.

On night stay, good value with free breakfast. Only issue was that the indoor pool was not heated, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My kids and I ended up not spending as much time at the pool as we’d would’ve liked.

Hotel was fine, however I had my grandchildren with me and we wanted to swim in the indoor pool. This was impossible as it was freezing.
