Wow what a fantastic stay we had. We stayed two nights as a part of a road trip. We booked two rooms. The front desk staff worked hard to make sure that we would be able to have rooms next to each other on short notice, and I am so grateful for that since we are traveling with children. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool each day we were there. The breakfast was wonderful, they had the best selection of any other hotel on this trip. The two workers were so kind and made sure everything was stocked. They were constantly refilling stations and making sure everyone had what they needed. I’d definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the front desk during check in. We were pleased with our room. Our back sliding door lead to a small patio and the pool. The pool had a controlled temperature that was perfect for our 15 month old baby. The jacuzzi was working great. All staff were friendly. Room was clean. The continental breakfast was a nice treat. There is a Starbucks next door and dining spots. We are definitely coming back to this place and hoping for an executive suite again.

Mainly booked the hotel for pool and hot tub facilities for the kids. Hot tub was out of order and no towels at the pool area. I asked for new towels when they were turning over the room just to be informed they only do housekeeping every third day.
Breakfast buffet was nice and staff was kind!

We stayed with our 2 small kids and it was great. Clean, great pool and food places right there in front of the hotel. The only thing that could have been better was that the hot tub wasn’t working but it was beautiful weather so it was still an awesome experience!

We got a lower 2 queen room. It was very clean and it was also really nice we had a patio and we could walk right out to the pool. The kids loved the pool. There were a lot of little bugs in there but that was ok. The bathroom was tight but for one night it did it’s job. We will for sure be back

I was very happy with our stay. The room was spacious, scrupulously clean, conveniences supplied. We enjoyed our balcony view of a stately Magnolia tree in bloom in the courtyard. Breakfast was nice, and had hot options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh carpet and paint throughout. The location is super convenient to SJC. There's lots of places to walk to for dinner or drinks. It's a safe, industrial neighborhood. The kids got a big kick out of the robot room service delivery! (Roland is pretty cute, even wears a tie!). The pool is heated and nice and clean, not overly chlorinated. The only thing I could possibly knock on the hotel is the hot tub was out of order, and the pool deck could stand a power wash. I'd 10/10 stay here again!

The rooms does not have a chair to seat and relax only a desk chair does it was old and hard. Beds were old and had, that left me and my family with back pain.

The inner courtyard is beautifully landscaped with towering palm trees and a pool that was a hit with the kids.

I’m a former Executive Casino Host for a very Large and well known Casino here in the US . This property exceeded our expectations in just about every way . The hotel staff exceptional from the Front desk to Security . We only had 1 issue that was really out of the Property’s control wouldn’t even be fair to them to mention it . It was a bummer although. I would stay here again recommend the property . They really seem to care about fixing anything that needs a fixing . And to also be fair they only had a couple rooms left out of blue God knows how many rooms . I’m not kidding very large property could be like 2-300 rooms . Very large and well kept property including the well manicured landscaping with around at least 30-30 different types of trees and shrubs . Very , very, nice 👋

Fairfield is located near 101 freeway for easy on / off access. There are plenty of eateries around including a Starbucks and Subway right next to hotel. It was easy for us to visit family from there. What's nice is the fact that they don't charge for parking as many hotels do. I would recommend staying there, but try the upper floor; the room we had was on the bottom floor and we could hear folks walking around on the upper floor. The floor boards were actually creaking!
There is a full breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee, eggs, breads, waffles, etc.
Overall good place to stay,
