Aloft Santa Clara

It started at check in with Rosario, she was amazing! She made sure we were taken care of. The room was comfortable and Hector also great! We had a family reunion. The stay was so inviting that we are planning on staying again this Friday coming up, except its for a funeral. Thank you for being so warm and inviting.

A loft is the right price and location. Room are modern and clean. The lobby is perfect for groups or teams with a cool hang out area and bar. Con- they don’t have a microwave or toaster in your room or even downstairs. That is frustrating because when traveling with kids, it’s more cost friendly and convenient to be able to bring some of your own food or breakfast items.

We found the property very family friendly. We had a family of twenty three and we spent our evenings in the lobby. Large table to eat at and play games. They allowed us to bring in outside food. The kids were allowed to use the pool table. The breakfast food was above average. Overall a great place.

Check in was very easy, A real person to greet you! Very clean and convenient. My grandkids team (from Alaska) had a Hockey tournament. Definitely will stay here again.

The Lobby was very inviting. The staff was very pleasant. Area was close to Levi's stadium. Able to walk there for games. Staff were very helpful when our rental car wouldn't start they helped us to jump our car allowing us to make our flight on time. Overall my family loved it and we're looking to make our go to place to stay when seeing games.

My kiddos and I love to have “staycays” we live in the area but started doing this during the pandemic. This has been there favorite hotel so far and we continue to come back. It has everything we need and very friendly staff.

I did like the property & location right off the freeway. Dislikes the day we checked in my Son called & advised we had (3) rooms reserved & had already drove (6) hours there & that we would like to check in approximately one hour early the clerk said fine. We get there only two rooms which were my sons were available & told me I had to wait to regular 3pm check in. So here we are waiting when another family comes in right after me & they ask for a early check in at the counter & they told them yes there room was already available. We couldn't believe it & that really upset us since we had already called & asked & they said sure & then they I pulled that stunt. So don't think we will stay @ your Hotel again.

I stay here every Christmas during my family's holiday party. Love how clean it is, free parking, nice rooms, fair rates, great workers. Thanks!
