Homewood Suites By Hilton San Jose North

Shower floor very slippery. Not enough texture to make it non-skid when wet. I called for room service in the morning, to have sheets changes and new sets of towels brought to the room. We returned to the room in the evening and nothing had been done. I called the housekeeping line and was told the housekeepers are gone for the day. The receptionist, did finally find someone to come to our room and he changed the bed and brought us clean towels. I don't think doing these things were part of his job description. His name was FRANCIS. I give him 5 stars. He is great.

Overpriced for what I was expecting. Beds were uncomfortable, bathtub wasn’t draining, got infested with ants by day 3 because housekeepers didn’t clean room. When I say infested I mean trails coming down from walls top to bottom , climbing on kitchen table, tv stand, and were even in my kids clothes. I had to call for 15 minutes straight just to get toilet paper sent up to my room, which I ended up needing to go to lobby for. I think worst of it all was having to put a deposit down TWICE just because it was 2 rooms, so $300 on hold until check out. I expected the parking fees not the $150 extra for deposit when it was one family staying in rooms

The resort was a bit of a trek to great Americas however was only a 45 minute walk in the mornings. Close to target and a number of dining options, as well as right next to the highway which made ubers a fast option as well. We waited until 7pm to check in for one of our three rooms when we landed early and had requested an early check in. They don’t have a bell service to hold luggage however did hold all of of suitcases which lightened our loads significantly. Their amenities were one of our favourites with the games room, pool area and outdoor seating and bbq. Our family was there for 4 days and beyond the situation with check in it was perfect.

Came down to visit family wanted something that felt a bit homey. This hotel definitely delivered on that, was very clean staff was helpful and had great customer service. Already planning to stay again

Check in time is at 3 but when we got there around 330, there were no rooms available for us. We had to wait an hour before we could finish our check in. That was the only inconvenience for us. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and apologized many times for not having anything available. The property is very nice and clean. My family and I were able to utilize all the amenities like the pool, the gym, and the game room. It was a very pleasant stay. Would come again if we needed somewhere to stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay for family member college graduation nearby.

everyone is friendly , my suite was very quiet and breakfast was good for my kid and myself . very clean.

Very new and clean hotel. Excellent for family and long trip as suite room provides a full size fridge, stove and everything you need to cook or heat up a meal. Love the separate living area and bedroom! Great breakfast options as well!

If you plan on visiting San Jose, This is the place to stay. conveniently located,close to Top Golf, Levi stadium, Great America and ez freeway access. The family rooms are spacious and clean. The service was impeccable. Greeted with a smile and check put was a breeze. Plus the breakfast was awesome. Full breakfast served and complimentary. Saved a bunch of money. Thanks again guys

This hotel is really family orientated. Not a lot of hotels come with a dishwasher and a full size fridge. The down side is the location. It is located next to the highway. So if you get waken up easily at night, there is a good chance you wont have a good rest. Breakfast is acceptable...it would be nice if they can introduce a bit of a variety on different days instead of offering the same food everyday.
