My family stayed for one night. You could tell that the room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the bathroom all over the floor and in the shower. There was also ants in the bathroom crawling everywhere. Our view was the loud freeway. The only thing that was half way decent was the extra pull out couch for my kids to sleep on.

One of the people at the front desk is welcoming but very inexperienced. The other person, Sara, does not acknowledge guests, devotes her attention to the computer, and appears completely inconvenienced when guests approach. The hot tub needs resurfacing and is so rough, I cut my hand. The doors to the outdoor seating area lock and the room keys do not work to open them. Guests have to walk around the entire building to get back in. Even when brought to the attention of the front desk, they did nothing, continuing to watch as guests get locked out. The walls are paper thin and I had to turn up the volume on the TV in the middle of the night because the bedroom noises from neighboring guests brought many questions from my children. “What is that banging?” “why is she…

The staff was excellent, went above and beyond by helping with concert tickets. All the employees were kind and professional. Pool, spa, and small gym was a nice touch, although the spa could’ve been a little hotter (no adjustment for temperature). Stayed on the fourth floor, but could still hear children and voices of neighbors. The window shading seemed to be reversed. It had the blackout on the inside and wouldn’t completely block the entire window. It’s surprising how an inch of light can effect extra sleep. Can’t complain when it was the closest, most affordable hotel 4 minutes away from the event. Had fun and for the most part enjoyed the stay! Would do it all over again! Back to normal life! Yuck…

The room was nice and clean. We are a family of 6 and the room slept 6. However there weren’t towels for 6 people and although there are technically places for 6 to sleep, having teenagers made it challenging. We had to request extra bedding other than what was provided for comfort and the staff complied but not without some hesitation.

Worst experience EVER!!! 1. Hotel itself is too rusty and not maintained well. 2. Room is not cleanned. Various colored hairs all around. Alive small centipede came out from the bath tub. 3. Pool is dirty to use. Hottub is closed. 4. Description by Hotels.com clearly said that breakfast is available but it is truly joke. 5. No one is available at the front desk in the morning. 6. One of elevator should be out of service but no sign or notice. It takes forever to wait the elevator coming. 7. I paid way toooooo much than what it deserves to. Thank you for totally ruining my family trip.

Loved the location, cleanliness, room size and hospitality. The only thing I would change is the very strong airfreshener that is used in the main lobby. My family is sensitive to strong perfumes and this one is very noticeable as soon as you walk in the door.
