Ayres Hotel Vista Carlsbad

Great stay - 3rd stay at this Ayres property. Always good to visit here. The staff, the quality of the property and amenities, proximity to our family. We love staying here!

Our stays at Ayres Hotel have always been comfortable and safe. The property has very nice and attentive staff with cleanliness all over the hotels and rooms. The continental breakfast served daily is very well displayed and options are plentiful and fresh. From a coffee/tea bar, oatmeal, ready to serve sausage, eggs, potatoes, omelette bar, yogurt, drinks, toast/bagels, and waffle making area. Great place to say if you have children. Also have noticed it seems to be pet friendly, if dogs sparingly barking would bother you, request to be in a room that is not near those with dogs.

I stayed here with my two kids and it was a clean and enjoyable stay for the most part . Just the night before check out my toilet went out , it was clogged at all , it just wouldn’t flush , I called the front desk and they couldn't switch my room or send anyone out until about 3 hours later .. between myself and TWO kids we were in and out of the lobby bathroom for those few hours and that was very inconvenient.. the manager reached out to apologize and nothing further .. I had to ask to be accommodated somehow and the respond was maybe we can figure something if you decide to stay with us again in the future.. I left them know my further vacation month and I will reach out again ! If they accommodate me somehow for my troubles I will continue to visit this hotel but if not then good riddance ! Also tried connecting my son’s xbox and the wifi will not load the authorization page to accept cookies , etc .. front desk had no answers for me , that was a small bummer ! Overall nice and clean hotel , just need to care about your customers more ! Thank you

Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff the only thing I was missing was a crib for the baby because they were all booked:( other then that great stay and the breakfast was above expectations.

Checking was efficient… Although the gentleman was not very conversational and friendly, he was very neutral, and I did not feel welcomed… The room was nice except there were ants and bugs in different areas by the bed and also by the bathroom sink… lots of children, running up and down the hallway late at night was not very pleasant… Breakfast was very good.

My family has now stayed here for six times and has a seventh coming up soon. The cleanest of the rooms , the wonderful staff. This is just a perfect place to stay at. I highly suggest you stay at this place.

This is a pretty darn near perfect hotel and definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! Given the amenities and safe location it’s very reasonably priced plus you can’t beat free parking and a delicious breakfast included! I’ve now booked Ayers Vista/ Carlsbad on 3 separate occasions and on every stay they are consistently top notch with their customer service, and cleanliness. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious and in my opinion, the beds & linens are just as comfortable as any Marriott or Ritz Carlton I’ve stayed at. I will certainly book here again and highly recommend to friends and family.
