Holiday Inn Carlsbad, an IHG Hotel

Their pool and hottub was great. The breakfast in not included but for one paying adult you can get 2 kids under 12 in for free.

We love this hotel have stayed here many times. There are tons of things for the kids to do in the courtyard and also upon checking out the lady at the front desk allowed our kids to pick out a special toy for the drive home.

This property was absolutely amazing ! Lots of great amenities, clean , inviting atmosphere. The staff has great customer service . Patty and Todd went above and beyond once they identified my son had special needs and they showed him exceptional respect. They made sure we always had fresh towels , dinner options and that we were aware of the free transportation shuttle that the city of Carlsbad had to offer . The rooms were neat , clean , and fresh . The bathrooms were extremely clean as well they had a laundry facility, fire pits outside , axe throwing and huge Jenga blocks to keep you entertained . This was my very first time staying at Holiday Inn due to the Hilton being booked but I am happy I made this decision. My family and I are not disappointed with this hotel .

Easy and smooth check-in, amenities are great. The room is clean, the outdoor recreation area is great, my kids are enjoying their stay.

Shout out to Liliana for giving us excellent customer service! She was nothing but awesome. The moment I walked in she greeted me with a bright smile. I needed her help a couple of times throughout our stay and she was always ready to help. As far as the condition of the property and our room, we have no complaints. This hotel is good for families. It’s also close to a lot shopping and dining places, so it was very convenient for us. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable. The room was standard but it was really clean and cozy. We will most likely come back when we visit Carlsbad again.

They are a nice place nice patio for kids to play outside basketball

Very clean and we loved the outside area with all the games for the kids (basketball, soccer, golf, corn hole).

The property was kids friendly and safe. The kids really enjoyed the pool area.

Slept like a baby, very nice bed and pillow, fast check in, just what we needed for a1 night stay

Best experience ever! Really great service, clean, friendly, bonus that kids eat for free in the restaurant and stay for free in the hotel.
