My family and i have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. If we didn't like it, we would not keep coming back. I would like to note something. Perhaps you can provide more vegan( plant based options) and less pork options. Thank you!

We were mostly out of our room with family during our 3 days. The room was comfortable and clean. We were disappointed to discover we had no hot water at night.

When booking, we requested that the couch and pull-out bed both be prepared with bedding and it was not. The front desk sent someone right away to put on the bedding, but only for the pull-out bed, so one of our kids had to sleep without a sheet or pillow. I thought the room we booked said it was two queen beds, but the size of the beds was something between a twin and full. There was no fan in the bathroom and the water for the shower could only be burning hot, but gave cooler water for a bath. After sleeping one night with 5 people (2 adults, 3 little children), the room was very stuffy. I was impressed with the small kitchen area, which had a helpful countertop. The room was clean when we arrived and though some wallpaper was peeling in one or two spots in the room, the carpet was in great condition. The breakfast offered a couple of vegan options with oatmeal or cheerios and, of course, fruit.

We stayed here for comic con (room 107). We checked in around 3pm, we were not advised the internet was down. We unpacked as usual and put some snacks in the fridge for the kids. The fridges do not have freezers at these locations. We set it to max hoping it will get colder. Our AC also was not working. Front desk had service come check the AC, TV and fridge. The tech told us the whole hotel was impacted by the Microsoft issue from a week ago but was able to get the AC going. As we waited to see if the fridge got any colder the smoke alarm went off (around 9pm - low battery) we called the front desk asking for service again. We decided to get a cooler from a local Target to keep the kids snacks cold because the fridge was just not going to do. Breakfast was great like in all Marriott hotels. The second morning, my daughter was itching her shoulder. But I didn’t think much of it. Her itchiness was getting worse by the second day. Upon looking I saw about 40 bug bites. Turns out the pull out couch mattress had bed bugs. We got moved to a different room but the ac was not working there and the bathroom door was not locking. We decided to request to go back to 107 and took extra precautions. I expressed to the hotel I had never experienced this, they refunded our stay in full. Staff over all was very friendly, Brenda was far more than exceptional. I also reported ding dong ditch on our last night. This was a memorable stay to say the least.

I don’t have anything good I can say about my stay. Here are the issues I had: - I was given a slip to put in my car window when asked if I had a car. No mention was made I was going to be charged $15 a day for this. - My comforter had lipstick on it which showed it hadn’t been washed. - 3 towels were provided despite there being 4 people on our reservation. - The concierge knowingly let someone cut while I was waiting at the very slow check-in line. - The keys I received at check-in didn’t work. The first time I went back to the front desk it turns out the 334 written on my key was actually a 337. The concierge implied it was me not being able to read it was the issue. The hash and tip of the top of the 7 were connected….exactly like a 4. I went back up and the keys didn’t work on 337 either. I went back down and was issued new keys that finally worked. - The lock on the hotel door had its battery die so we were unable to get in at all. The front desk had to use a special tool under the door to hook the door handle and pull it open. Good reminder to use the additional locks on the door when you’re in the room! - There was one drawer in the entire room for clothes and it was a small drawer. There was no space for a suitcase to sit open and no suitcase stand in the room. - There were hoards of loud kids and teens unsupervised running through the halls, shoving their way onto the elevator, and in the breakfast area. The staff let them have control of the TV remote during b

The LG tv did not work. It kept logging me out of Netflix acocunt after 15 seconds. After calling the front desk they said they would whitelist us. The response time to change the channel was about 2 minutes. Not even kidding please go test it yourselves. Breakfast used to be alot better. Great customer service though. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

The noise of the highway was so loud. I asked to change rooms as we were right beside the highway and my toddler had a very hard time sleeping but they said no. Our pull out couch had stains on it so I didn’t let me son sit on the couch. The fan in the washroom wasn’t working properly, closet door was broken. Room description said full kitchen but it was just a mini fridge, microwave and a small sink. The cupboards were extremely dirty

The staff was friendly and helpful! The elevators a little dated. My family and I booked 3 rooms and the tv size were different in all 3 rooms =\ .. nonetheless, clean rooms and comfy beds for the win!
