Clean, comfortable, spacious for family of 4, good amenities, free breakfast. Easy to get to and only 15 minutes from SeaWorld. $18/night for parking but easy to find a parking spot.

Great for families. The complimentary breakfast was great, in a good location. Will definitely stay there again.

Very clean good area Very friendly people I recommend for families

We arrived a bit earlier despite the long drive from Northern CA but they were so kind to allow us to check in with 3 kids in tow as our room was all ready. Easy, simple, and fast check in process. Room looks exactly as it does in the picture and was clean. Parked right in the front and the pool was clean, warm, and easy to access with clean pool towels. The furry baby was happy and right at home with their pet friendliness. Very satisfied with the AM breakfast. Target, Dollar Tree, Costco Business Center is just a five minute drive along with other eateries. Took us just 15 minutes drive to get to the whale watching, Sea World, boardwalk beach etc. so location is very convenient. Highly recommended for families with pets!

We are a family with young kids so we wanted a nice option but not super pricey, but not some cheap motel. We also have a large truck so we needed accessible parking. Great, easy location! Just minutes drive to major attractions we visited sea world, Liberty station, and ocean beach. Check in was a breeze took maybe 1 minute. I requested a crib which was already in the room for me. Had a wonderful stay, recommended, and would stay again. My only negative takeaway was that only 1 elevator shaft was working and when I went to check out I had luggage and a wagon full of things so I waited literally over 10 minutes to get in the elevator and go from floor 2, to floor 1 the stairs weren’t an option for me personally. So I was frustrated about that because I was hot and had a 4 year old with me but I understand things happen, still a wonderful stay!

The property is close to the freeway and stores. The hotel is clean. From front desk to the housekeeper are friendly and approachable. My kids enjoyed the HEATED pool. Their complimentary breakfast are awesome I mean they have waffle maker, 24 hour tea and coffee service. Overall excellent!

Great stay for my family and I. Lots of Asian food options in the area. Only downside was no hot tub and pool was cold even though it’s heated so no one really used it. Breakfast options were great!

This was a clean and tidy property. The breakfast was good, and the pool was a lot of fun for all the children present.

Hotel was really nice. My husband and children loved it. The sofa bed comes with sheets already tucked nicely on. Tina was nice as we checked out. Area is great, hotel is near stores and restaurants. This hotel was waay better than the first hotel we stayed at during our trip. Pool is heated as well. Everything worked great too, nothing was broken or needed to be fixed. Bed was comfy as well! I am picky on the beds and this was the best bed. We plan to stay here again for our next trip.
