clean typical hotel. Great price good for family

Stayed in the area for one night due to back to back Christmas programs for my grandchildren. We were Safe, room was clean and quiet.

The only good thing about this property was the ability to sign in to Netflix. The only friendly staff member was the Paulina who checked us in. The AC sounded like a freight train. Our first night there the power goes out. They tell us it was a planned outage yet we’re not ready for it had had no generator. We had small children who were frightened and crying. My daughter and niece couldn’t sleep until it came back on at 1:50AM. Then the AC was so loud they thought there was a “monster”. The worst part was that I was getting married the next day. Since my daughter was up all night and we were up early getting ready for the wedding she fell asleep less than halfway through the reception and missed dancing with her daddy, cake, and some family we rarely see When checking out we are told a different story on why the power went out which they had no knowledge of so we’re not at fault and discounted the room by $20. A hotel this size and stature should have something better than this. Have a generator or comp the room for that night. We had a total of 4 rooms there with other family members my daughter missed out on our reception and we got $20 and NO apology but plenty of attitude
