My family and I stayed for a soccer tournament out in Costa Mesa. I was impressed of how nice and clean this hotel was. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful room. Thank you.

The good- Great location. Very convenient off the freeway and close to a cute man made lake with koi fish and ducks. Also very close to South Coast Plaza. Elevators were fast. Plenty of parking for an additional fee. Bad- they randomly gave us an accessible room but none of the accessible features worked. The blinds randomly would open automatically but other times they wouldn’t open at all. This happened at 7am and woke up the baby. Same with the door. It was actually pretty dangerous because sometimes the door would open automatically and there was no way to stop it. It would force its way open all the way or start beeping angrily. Our 16 month old was sitting behind the door when it started opening but luckily an adult was there to move her out of the way.

** NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY- NOT SAFE** checked in and she gave me what we thought was out room- with arms full of food and luggage and a crying 2 year old and 6 year old - we got to the room and someone was already in the room. I was completely mortified. When she gave us the correct room I hardly slept through the nights uneasy worrying they would accidentally do the same to our room. Took 20 minutes for elevator to get to our floor each time. Parking was inconvenient- We splurged to stay somewhere nice and “safe” and felt the complete opposite. if you want a safe family oriented hotel- this place is NOT it.

This place was great for a family weekend! The location was outstanding. The property is surrounded by an artificial lake which made it nice to walk around. Will definitely keep it in mind!
