Bed bug infested trash hotel. Do not take your family there if your a dad, they may end up leaving you.

Nice stay for 4 days. Property is being renovated(we never heard any noise from construction) and room was much nicer than advertised. Short Lyft ride away from Newport Beach and ferry area. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-20 minute drive. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Beware free breakfast is for 2 adults/2 children under 12. They will charge $10-15 per additional person. And there is not much to choose from. Laundry facilities available as well.

The walls were paper thin! Could hear every “activity” going on in the room next to us until 12:30am and starting again at 7am, and all of the noise from guests in the hallway sounded like they were right inside our room! We could hear every bit of conversation, bathroom sounds, etc. Pretty terrible night of sleep and very thankful we didn’t have our kids with us!

We were in town with family. This hotel was close to the airport, I would stay there again. The staff was super helpful, and there is an airplane museum close by that we were able to visit. Over all a great stay, good price. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The place looks a little updated but they have renovation going on. I would recommend.

Had to leave one night early due to family emergency, asked for refund for that night because had checked out before check out time but hotel manager did not authorize the refund! Bad customer service.
