The hotel was so nice. The concierge was super friendly as well as staff. In general the hotel was very clean. The room was perfect for our family. Other than the pull out bed. DO NOT get a room with a pull out bed. It was so uncomfortable and very hard. Thank goodness there was a small couch in our room. My daughter slept on the couch instead of the pull out because it was softer. It was so convenient to stay there since we went to Universal Studios. Only 5 minutes away and the had a shuttle. Overall great stay except for the pull out couch.

Very close to Universal so when we got tried of waiting for the shuttle, we just walked. Rooms are most likely soundproof because we didn't hear anything- including our elementary age kids walking in the room.

Our room said it sleeps 4 (2 queen beds) but the room was very small. Our room should have only had one bed for it's size. The TV suddenly turned black with a faint "please wait" message on the display. This happened numerous times. Also the remote didn't work well. The lobby area is very nice and clean. It's just our room felt too compact for two adults and two children ages 7 and 11.

The hotel was extremely nice, clean with amenities that made you feel comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and the gentlemen at the door were incredibly friendly and quick to assist. My son left his Nintendo Switch at the restaurant and we left to fly home. they located the bag and will be shipping it to us. Couldn't ask for better than that! Great place all around to stay with friends or family.

Buyer beware: we booked a king with a double pullout couch and the couch was NOT a double. We complained and were offered pillows so that one child could sleep on the floor and were repeatedly told it was indeed a double bed though it clearly is not big enough for two elementary aged children. Do not book this room and expect two people to fit on the couch, and do not expect any level of customer service in resolving this sort of issue.

Well paying $150 deposit and over $300 a night and a kid pukes in the pool, dang. The jacuzzi was so murky and not the normal color as kids and other people don’t know to “rinse off” before going in. Wish there was an adult pool, cause it totally ruined our experience. Staff was friendly when the elevator was having issues due to be overly used by guest, they let us use service elevator which was nice.

The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Hollywood, and it is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the studio, which runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient! The hotel facilities are very good, and there is also a swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun! The restaurant is open for a long time, from 6 am to 11:30 pm. If you are tired the day before, you don’t have to get up early to eat. I like this very much. I will stay here again when I go to the studio in the future! I hope to give discounts to old customers!
