Rooms are nice and spacious, perfect for families. Front desk reception service is great, staff frieny and accomodating. We stayed in the units in the back on the ground floor and woke up at 1am to loud music someone was playing inside their car while smoking weed. Other than that it was a pleasant and great stay, everything was close by.

My family had a wonderful stay! All staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, housekeeping was wonderful! We got the double bed room, comes with kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and a table to eat! Very spacious and it's gated, feels very secure!

Very nice room with full kitchen and nice bathroom. We had lower unit and could here children running back and forth all night for 4 days. Hated that. Ruined whole trip. I’m handicapped and cannot make it upstairs. Didn’t sleep.

Great Staff, outstanding customer service from each and everyone of them, amazing continental breakfast, choices and quality. AC turned off on the last two of the eight nights we spent there, it was very difficult to get clean towels, one day when housekeeping was due they only did it halfway through, and there were several incidents we witnessed during out stay that made us feel unsecure, like one day one man broke a truck's windshield and several other family disputes.

Me and my family believe this is the best Residence Inn Marriott we ever stayed at and we do enjoy our stay with all Residence Inn Marriott by far my family and kids love this hotel we had a penthouse suite in awesome condition my kids did not want to leave the staff was very nice the manager is very helpful we can't say enough for this hotel thank you and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Torrance
