Customer service was great at check in. The room is clean and completed our hypoallergenic beddings request. The room is big, equipped with all amenities including a heated toilet seat and bidet. This is our 2nd time at Miyako Hybrid and this is the only place we’ll be staying when we are in town to visit family.

Got upgraded and super happy with the junior suite room! All staff were helpful and friendly. The rain shower didn’t work which was a bit annoying, and location wise is quite far from central LA. But there are interesting places such as Redondo beach which is only 15mins away! A lot of good restaurants nearby too.

As a family with 2 little kids, we had a comfortable stay in Miyako. Room was wide and clean. Helpful staff. Thank you.

Enjoyed the room, bathroom, balcony, and easy parking. We didn’t get to try the restaurant but maybe next time. Overall enjoyed my stay with family of 4.

The Miyako Hybrid Hotel is probably the best hotel if staying in the Torrance area. It is geared toward the many Asian businesses, flight crews, and travelers that come to this area, but is equally welcoming towards the non-Asian traveler too. Housekeeping services are provided upon request, but we didn't need them for our 4 night stay. The shower room with soaking tub is huge, and comes with a little stool and bowl if you wish to bathe Japanese-style. The bathroom also has a combination heated bidet/toilet. Light by the sink and vanity could be brighter, but works. The bed was very comfortable, better than mine at home!
One tip- when you enter the room, put your key card in the little pocket on the wall next to the door. It activates the lights and air conditioner.
The lobby and room were very clean. All the staff wore masks. They have a sign requesting masks, even if vaccinated, but didn't say anything when we entered maskless. We wore one after that when in the public areas, out of courtesy.
The hotel restaurant Ise-Shima was very good for dinner - great food and attentive service. Old Torrence is an easy 10 minute walk for more restaurants, and there is an 85C bakery about a five minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt very safe walking at night.
We have family that recently moved to Lomita, so we will probably be using the Miyako as our go-to hotel for future stays - it is a great choice.

I like the fact that they have a little shop that you can do self check out. I like the fact that they have a fitness center on the inside too. I also like the fact that they have breakfast lunch and dinner. I like that they have free wifi , cable , a nice size bedroom two options in the bathroom you can take a shower or a bath. I would recommend this hotel to anyone friends or family

We love Miyako hotel because it’s central where we need to go and the hotel is VERY quiet. We have older kids so it’s nice to have quiet time. It’s very clean and they are attentive to our needs. We’ve stayed here several times and never have a complaint. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s comfortable, clean and convenient. The shower area is Asian style and my family appreciates this.

Second time staying here. Love it I will definitely be back. Favorite hidden hotel for me and my family. Love the ability to open the sliding window to let fresh air in.
