We’ve been staying here since at least 1985 when it was The Sunrise Best Western. It’s changed hands a couple times since then. We always enjoy the view and the close proximity to the pier and The Cheesecake Factory, which is walking distance right across the street. Just like everything else things change. They added a bar which is very nice and doubles as their Cafe to order food. Parking used to be free, then $11, $15 now $24 per night. Our stay was a little noisy but it was a holiday weekend, families, kids, a reception, another wedding party coming and going. But overall a good atmosphere and plenty of activities within walking distance.

The hotel was very nice. Close to where our family gathered for a memorial service. Nice to be right off the water. Not worth the Marina view since it is mostly of the road, parking lot across the street with a bit of the marina, but other than that, the stay was good. The beds were great!

Everything was a great experience for my family and I. From the staff to our rooms. Only thing that I didn’t like was that our check in time was supposed to be 4:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 7:00 pm because our room wasn’t clean so we had to wait around while they cleaned up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay would come back and give it another chance.

The place should be called The Redondo Beach Motel, it’s not really a Hotel. The spa was not heated half of the time. If you family is in the lounge having fun, the security guard will cry you a quite policy after 10pm, the is a place on the beach in a party area. Not motel 6 on a desert highway. Walls are thin you can hear you neighbors bomp’n away. $25/night parking! For disabled people as well Park at the pier for $2 disabled free.bed spread showed stains under my UV light sheets and pillows were clean. some staff are really cool and helpful. Some are just worried about all the airline flight personnel getting a good sleep, so be quiet in the party motel on the beach. Beware of the deck around the pool and Jacuzzi, it’s a bit slippery when wet, my disabled 82 year old dad nearly slipped. The hotel does have good coffee and a bar, but be quiet, the pilots need to sleep.

Grandkids loved the pool and spa. Starbucks bar in the lobby was a hit for morning snack. Enjoyed a walk around the harbor to see the boats. We will be back!

I found it a little confusing to get to your room. I also had a small child down the hall from the area that I was staying . The child was very loud and noisy for several hours I found this to be very inconvenient. I am not sure where to put this remark about the food choices on the menus. we’re not the best for the amount of money that you pay to stay in your facility. Your gym is awesome. Great customer service.
