I was traveling with a senior family who needed assistance getting around. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt like home! Location is great and they even have free car services within 3 (or 5?) mile radius. Highly recommend if you’re looking for lodging options in Beverley Hills area.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Purpose of our trip was to support a family member who was having a procedure at nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I expected a nice stay, but was exceptionally impressed. Decor is fun, rooms are spacious, pool deck is comfortable and fun. Food at pool bar was excellent, as was lobby bar. Starting with Rocky, who saw us to our room, to the valet staff who saw us on our way, the staff were pleasant and proactive. Parking and food a bit pricey but worth it. Only complaint, a tiny one, is that shower products are too far for a disabled person sitting on the bench to reach without assistance.

I brought my daughter and my wife- Woke culture permeates the Hotel- there was a pool party with music so loud and annoying that it bothered us at our room at the hotel. What is worst, we got kicked out of the pool because there was no room to sit as the hotel was busy making extra money on the pool party and not caring for the 452 per night charged for paying hotel customers- not a place for children- have stayed at the hotel so many times but probably will not stay there anymore due to the percieved greed of the hotel heirarchy who wants to make money on a pool party and not let paying customers enjoy its amenities- what a shame- it was such a nice hotel once.
