Not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms weren’t clean . Ventilation/ac systems had 1/2 inch of dust and mold . In room dining system did work but no one told us so we waited forever for our food has the reception would not answer text message and phone system in room was broken . Damaged furniture and old noisy window . Claiming to be on wilshire Blvd in Beverly hills but clearly in middle of no where . We travel as a family weekly due to our work and would not recommend that hotel . It has been a deceiving experience from check in to check out .

We were a family of five that spent two days in this hotel during a round trip in California. We arrived early and the room was not ready, which we had not expected either. We went out for sightseeing, but front desk called and told our room was ready long before real check in time. In general good service. Roof bar and pool is. Rey nice and staff friendly and service minded. Rooms large, clean and nice. Coffee and pastries at second floor a positive surprise. Hotel recommended by five happy Norwegian’s.
