Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale

I’m glad I went with this hotel for our 5-day stay. Wife and kids love it. Staff were nice. Our room was clean and close to the ice machine and elevator, so that’s a plus. It is also very close to Universal Studios, which is our destination. The hotel is just minutes away from the mall as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel with our family. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The lobby was very inviting, and the bath products were great .The only thing is that it doesn’t make sense for the room with two double beds to be offered to four people. If it’s not too queens, it really doesn’t work.

We have family in the area. When we visit them we always stay at the Hilton. It is so comfortable; it is a calming place to be in. And the staff is wonderful!!!

This was my first time staying at this Hilton, and I wanted to love it. It is SO convenient to my family members who live in the area. But I must admit I was underwhelmed. There was a loud (intermittent) clicking noise in my room. One of the lamps had a burned out bulb. The bathtub didn't drain properly. The bed left me stiff and sore. The internet buffering caused the sound on the TV to cut in/out consistently. Saturday night there was a loud party next door. Obviously, none of these things are earth-shattering problems, so I did not complain. However, I did expect a higher level of quality from a Hilton AND for the price! With all that said, basic needs were met, and it was clean. That, along with convenience, is what is most important to me. But I'm not so sure that I will stay again which is super disappointing.

It was located a few blocks away from some good evening life. Restaurants, pubs, bars, and shopping. Did Not like that this property host a lot of Party's like weddings and thru out the night you can hear people coming and going and they are super loud. Kept getting woke up because people are drunk and loud. I had children and i was Not happy.

Property is older but well kept and very aesthetically pleasing! The room was very clean and comfortable! Nice in-room amenities like a coffee maker and usb plugs in the lamps. Nice bath products and plenty of great cable channels! On the down side—no working ice makers on the facility. No bottled water. We were parched at 9:30pm, but the gift shop was closed, vending machine broken and rude reception staff recommended we take a cup down to the water fountain in the gym. They breakfast buffet was basically designed for toddlers or those with the palate of a 89 year old blind person without taste buds. That said, overall it was a nice value—just bring your own food, water, snacks!

Rooms smell like someone was smoking in. No body answer the phone and if they answer they put you on hold forever. I asked for bottle of water for my 1 year old baby And they refused I asked to talk to management,they put me on hold for 1 hour and no one pick the phone. So bad

Did not like that when we checked in first thing we noticed was the room was really hot and dry. Reported to front desk and sent a technician. He stated that the AC was going to kick in soon. I left to explore the city and came back in the night to the same hot room. My kids,wife and my self could not sleep during the night. We were wide awake sweating early hours of the morning. Got up to get ice from the ice machine down the hallway and It was out of order! Never expected this experience for 280 a night at Hilton of Glendale. Would never stay here again! Customer Service at this place needs to improve.
